N\u00e4iden haasteiden lis\u00e4ksi autismikirjon henkil\u00f6ill\u00e4 esiintyy aistipoikkeavuuksia. T\u00e4m\u00e4n pro gradu -tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kartoittaa millaisia teknologioita suomalaisessa autismiopetuksessa hy\u00f6dynnet\u00e4\u00e4n suhteessa autismikirjon oppilailla ilmeneviin haasteisiin ja opetettaviin kouluaineisiin. Lis\u00e4ksi autismiopetuksen kuntouttavan luonteen vuoksi tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 millaisia teknologioita autismiopetuksessa hy\u00f6dynnettiin arjessa tarvittavien taitojen harjoittelemiseen. Tutkimuksessa kartoitettiin my\u00f6s opettajien ko- kemuksia teknologioiden k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 opetuksessa sek\u00e4 sit\u00e4 millaisia teknologioita he kaipaisivat opetuksen tueksi. Tutkimus jakautuu kahteen osaan, kirjallisuuskatsaukseen ja empiiriseen osioon. Kirjallisuuskatsaus toimi teoreettisena viitekehyksen\u00e4 tutkielman empiiriselle osiolle ja empiirisen osion aineistonkeruumenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 toimineiden puolistrukturoitujen teemahaastattelujen kysymysten muodostamisen pohjana. Teemahaastatteluja tehtiin seitsem\u00e4n kappaletta. Haastatellut henkil\u00f6t olivat autismiopetuksessa ty\u00f6skentelevi\u00e4 opettajia. Aineisto analysoitiin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin menetelmin. Haastattelujen avulla kartoitettiin millaisia teknologioita autismiopetuksessa hy\u00f6dynnettiin ja tulokset koottiin taulukkoihin. Tutkimuksen tulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 teknologioita hy\u00f6dynnettiin kaikkiin autismikirjon haasteisiin liittyen monipuolisesti ja eniten teknologioita k\u00e4ytettiin ep\u00e4tyypillisen kommunikaation haasteissa, stereotypioihin liittyvien aistikuorman purkamisissa sek\u00e4 rentoutumisessa ja kouluaineiden opetuksessa.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurological condition that has an impact on person\u2019s interaction, communication and behavior. In addition to these challenges, individuals with autism spectrum disorder can also experience sensory abnormalities. The purpose of this master's thesis is to map technologies utilized in Finnish autism education in relation to the challenges of the autism spectrum students and the school subjects taught. In addition, due to the rehabilitative nature of Finnish autism education, it was also studied what kind of technologies were used in autism education to practice the skills needed in everyday life. This study also surveyed teachers' experiences in the use of technologies in education, as well as what kinds of technologies teachers would like to have to support their teaching. The research is divided into two parts, the literature review and the empirical part. The literature review served as a theoretical frame for the empirical part of the study and as a basis for forming the questions of the semi-structured thematic interviews that served as the data collection method of the empirical part. Seven thematic interviews were conducted. The interviewees were teachers working in autism education. The material was analyzed by content analysis methods. The interviews were used to map the technologies used in autism education the results were also summarized into tables.
