Lis\u00e4ksi tutkittiin kehitt\u00e4misintervention vaikutusta henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n kokemuksiin. Tapausyrityksin\u00e4 ovat kaksi suomalaista organisaatiota. Aineistonkeruu toteutettiin m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llisen\u00e4 tutkimuksena (N=299/261) loka-marraskuussa 2019 ja tammikuussa 2021. Lis\u00e4ksi tehtiin yksitt\u00e4isi\u00e4 haastatteluja taustatietojen saamiseksi. \nOrganisaation arvot, asenteet ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6t tulevat julki esihenkil\u00f6n toiminnan kautta. Saatu sosiaalinen informaatio antaa ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ille vihjeit\u00e4 hyv\u00e4ksytt\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 toiminnasta. Tarjolla olevan tuen ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6jen kohdatessa yksil\u00f6n tarpeiden ja toiveiden kanssa, syntyy kokemus omista toimintamahdollisuuksista. Tutkielman tavoitteena oli t\u00e4m\u00e4n teoreettisen mallin vahvistaminen empirian pohjalta. Syyt isien perhevapaiden pit\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6myyteen tulevat p\u00e4\u00e4osin muualta kuin ty\u00f6paikalta. Kokemusta perhevapaiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6mahdollisuuksista on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 tutkia ty\u00f6h\u00f6n sitoutumisen vuoksi. Nuorempi sukupolvi haluaa jakaa pikkulapsiajan tasaisemmin vanhempien kesken sek\u00e4 tasapainottaa muutoinkin ty\u00f6n ja muun el\u00e4m\u00e4n suhdetta. Toteuttamalla sosiaalisesti vastuullista henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamista ty\u00f6nantaja voi parantaa yksil\u00f6iden hyvinvointia, ja sitouttaa heit\u00e4 mahdollistamalla ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden toiveita ja tarpeita. \nKeskeinen tulos on, ett\u00e4 kehitt\u00e4misinterventiolla pystyt\u00e4\u00e4n vaikuttamaan positiivisesti kokemukseen perhevapaiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6mahdollisuuksista. Organisaatiokulttuuri ja johtamisk\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyminen vaikuttavat kokemukseen perhevapaamahdollisuuksista enemm\u00e4n yhdess\u00e4 kuin erikseen. Organisaatiokulttuurilla on johtamisk\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymist\u00e4 suurempi merkitys. Sukupuolioletuksia selke\u00e4mmin esille nousi perheellisyyden merkitys. Perheyst\u00e4v\u00e4llisyys yhdistet\u00e4\u00e4n usein vain lapsiperheisiin.
