Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on ollut tutkia erin\u00e4isi\u00e4 mahdollisuuksia, jota ITIL:n soveltamisesta voidaan saada hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 leania, ketteri\u00e4 menetelmi\u00e4 ja DevOpsia parantaakseen asiakastukeen liittyviss\u00e4 toiminnallisuuksia case-tutkielman organisaatiossa. Tutkielma on jaettu kahteen osaan: kirjallisuuskatsaukseen ja empiiriseen osioon. Kirjallisuuskatsauksessa tarkastellaan ITIL:i\u00e4, leania, ketteri\u00e4 menetelmi\u00e4 ja DevOpsia yleisesti ja esitell\u00e4\u00e4n mahdollisia parannuskeinoja case-tutkielman organisaation toimintatapoja ajatellen. However, the new ITIL version 4 has promised to be more adaptive, agile, and flexible than ITIL has been ever before. New ITIL version involves lean, agile and DevOps phenomena and they represent alternative methodologies compared to traditional IT development methodologies, such as waterfall model. The goal of this thesis was to investigate different possibilities enabled by adapting ITIL with lean, agile and DevOps methodologies to improve customer support related activities for case study organization. Thesis is divided into two parts: literature review and empiric study sections. In literature review ITIL, lean, agile and DevOps are introduced and potential improvement possibilities for case study organization (a pseudonym).
