Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa pyrittiin selkeytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n kiinnittymisprosessia edesauttavia ja heikent\u00e4vi\u00e4 tekij\u00f6it\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 laadullinen tutkimus toteutettiin p\u00e4\u00e4asiassa kev\u00e4\u00e4n 2021 aikana. Tutkimukseen osallistui nelj\u00e4 Suomessa ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4\u00e4, ty\u00f6uransa alkuvaiheessa olevaa opettajaa. Aineistonkeruu suoritettiin puolistrukturoidun teemahaastattelun keinoin, ja aineisto analysoitiin teoriaohjaavaa sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysia hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en. Analyysin apuna k\u00e4ytettiin Edgar Scheinin organisaatiokulttuuriteoriaa. Tutkittavat kokivat ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6jens\u00e4 rakenteellisten tekij\u00f6iden olevan puutteellisia, mik\u00e4 aiheutti haitallisia konflikteja ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6iss\u00e4. Tutkittavien ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6iss\u00e4 ei k\u00e4ytetty esimerkiksi sovittelua yhten\u00e4 konfliktinhallintakeinona. Kollegojen tuki sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n vuorovaikutus olivat edesauttamassa noviisiopettajien ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6\u00f6n kiinnittymist\u00e4, kun taas haitalliset konfliktit sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6n ep\u00e4selv\u00e4t rakenteet heikensiv\u00e4t organisaatiokulttuuriin sosiaalistumista. Noviisiopettajat kokivat tarvitsevansa ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6lt\u00e4\u00e4n toimivuutta, yhteenkuuluvuutta ja ratkaisumalleja konfliktitilanteiden hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miseksi.
