Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin eri\ntasojen v\u00e4lisi\u00e4 eroja korkean intensiteetin juoksum\u00e4\u00e4riss\u00e4 ensimm\u00e4isen puoliajan, toisen puoliajan\nsek\u00e4 koko ottelun osalta.\nTutkimuksessa analysoitiin yhteens\u00e4 214 nuorta ja aikuista naisjalkapalloilijaa sek\u00e4 heid\u00e4n\npelisuorituksiaan. Pelitilanteista analysoitiin yhteens\u00e4 4706 korkean intensiteetin juoksusuoritusta 15\njalkapallo-ottelusta. Korkean intensiteetin juoksuksi m\u00e4\u00e4riteltiin tilanne, jossa pelaajan nopeus ylitti\nraja-arvon 20 tai 23 km/h 0.1 sekunnin ajan. Liikkumisdatan ker\u00e4\u00e4miseen k\u00e4ytettiin otteluissa Polar\nTeam Pro-laitteistoa ja pelitilanteet analysoitiin Dartfish 9 TeamPro -video-ohjelmalla. Tilastollisina\nmenetelmin\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin keskiarvojen vertailuun yksi- ja kaksisuuntaista varianssianalyysi\u00e4.\nTutkimuksessa selvitettiin korkean intensiteetin juoksujen m\u00e4\u00e4ri\u00e4 pelipaikkakohtaisesti. Tuloksista\nk\u00e4vi ilmi, ett\u00e4 aikuiset pelaajat tekiv\u00e4t pelipaikasta ja nopeusalueesta riippumatta enemm\u00e4n korkean\nintensiteetin juoksuja verrattuna nuoriin pelaajiin, lukuun ottamatta laitakeskikentt\u00e4pelaajia 20\u201323\nkm/h nopeusalueella. Laitapuolustajat tekiv\u00e4t muita pelaajia enemm\u00e4n korkean intensiteetin juoksuja\nkaikilla tasoilla lukuun ottamatta B-tytt\u00f6jen SM-sarjaa. Pelitilanneanalyysien mukaan korkean\nintensiteetin suoritukset korostuivat puolustustilanteissa pr\u00e4ss\u00e4\u00e4misess\u00e4 (32 %) ja vet\u00e4ytymisess\u00e4 (22\n%). Hy\u00f6kk\u00e4ystilanteissa korostuivat erityisesti pallottoman liike (44 %) sek\u00e4 pystyjuoksut (21 %) ja\npallontavoittelutilanteet (15 %). Suurin osa korkean intensiteetin juoksuista tehtiin pallottomana\npelaajana (89 %).\nKoko ottelun korkean intensiteetin juoksum\u00e4\u00e4riss\u00e4 A-maajoukkue teki selv\u00e4sti eniten korkean\nintensiteetin juoksuja, mill\u00e4 se erosi tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4sti liigapelaajista (p<0,001), B-tytt\u00f6jen\nSM-sarjasta (p<0,001) sek\u00e4 U17-maajoukkueesta (p=0,005). Tulosten mukaan A-maajoukkueen\npelaajat juoksivat eniten kokonaismatkallisesti molemmilla nopeusalueilla (20\u201323 km/h ja yli 23\nkm/h). An additional aim was to determine how the frequency of high-intensity\nperformances and distance covered differed between U17 national league, U17 national team, Finnish\nwomen\u2019s league, and Finnish women\u2019s national team players.\nMatch performances of 214 female football players were analyzed. A total of 4706 high-intensity\nperformances were analyzed from in-game situations from 15 football matches. Data from matches\nwere also divided in to first and second halves. A high-intensity run was defined as a situation in\nwhich a player's speed exceeded the limit value of 20 or 23 km/h for 0,1 second. Spatiotemporal\nmovement data from matches were collected with Polar Team Pro systems. Matches were analyzed\nwith Dartfish 9 TeamPro video software to determine during which phase of play high-intensity\nperformance parameters occurred. One-way and two-way analysis of variances were used as statistical\nmethods for assessing if there were any effects of competition level (national, international) and\nplaying position on the examined variables.\nWith respect to the number of high-intensity runs based on playing positions, the results showed that\nadult players, regardless of playing position and speed zone, performed more high-intensity runs\ncompared to youth players, excluding wide midfielders in the 20\u201323 km/h speed zone. Fullbacks\nperformed the most high-intensity runs, except for U17 national league players. According to the\nmatch situation analysis, high-intensity performances were more frequent in defense situations, such\nas pressing (32 %) and withdrawal (22 %). In attack situations, movements without the ball (44 %),\nvertical runs (21 %), and ball aiming situations (15 %) were particularly emphasized. Most highintensity runs were performed without the ball (89 %).\nThroughout the entire match, the women\u2019s national team performed the most high-intensity runs,\nwhich was statistically different from the Finnish national league players (p<0.001), the U17 national\nleague players (p<0.001), and the U17 national team players (p=0.005). Further, the women\u2019s national\nteam players ran the most overall distances in both speed zones. More high-intensity runs were made\nin the first half compared to second half except for U17 national league.\nThe results of this study demonstrate that the frequency of high-intensity running parameters varied\nbetween playing levels and playing positions.
