Moniammatillisten ty\u00f6skentelytaitojen osaaminen on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattilaisten keskuudessa. Monialaisten verkko-opintojen kautta voidaan lis\u00e4t\u00e4 opiskelijoiden ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 eri ammattiryhmist\u00e4 ja edist\u00e4\u00e4 moniammatillista ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4.\n\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 pro gradu -tutkielmassa tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, millaisia kokemuksia sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattilaisilla muodostui verkossa toteutetun monialaisen opiskelun aikana. Laajempana tarkoituksena oli lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 verkossa tapahtuvasta opiskelusta, mit\u00e4 ilmi\u00f6it\u00e4 verkko-opiskeluun liittyy sek\u00e4 siit\u00e4, miten verkko-opetusta voisi kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 vastaamaan opiskelijoiden tarpeita. Aineisto muodostui monialaisiin kuntoutuksen t\u00e4ydennysopintoihin osallistuneiden sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattilaisten yhden opintojakson oppimisp\u00e4iv\u00e4kirjoista sek\u00e4 verkkokeskusteluista (2/5 opintojakso; 5 op/30 op). Opintojakson teemana oli k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen muutoksen ja ohjauksen merkityksellisyys kuntoutuksessa ja toteutus ajoittui syyslukukaudelle 2019. Opintokokonaisuus oli osa Opetus- ja kulttuuriministeri\u00f6n rahoittamaa ProKuntoutus-hanketta. Aineisto analysoitiin Schreierin (2012) mukaan aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isell\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysill\u00e4.\n\nAnalyysin tuloksena muodostui nelj\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4kategoriaa tarkentuen edelleen yl\u00e4- ja alakategorioihin (n=11; n=51). P\u00e4\u00e4kategorioiksi muodostuivat jokaisen opiskelijan merkitys, verkko-opintojen erityisyys, kontekstuaaliset tekij\u00e4t sek\u00e4 opinnoista saadut hy\u00f6dyt. Yhteis\u00f6llisyys, jokaisen opiskelijan aktiivinen osallistuminen sek\u00e4 erilaisten taustojen mahdollisuudet koettiin arvokkaina. Lis\u00e4ksi muun muassa laadukas materiaali ja opettajan rooli verkko-opinnoissa nostettiin esille. Verkko-opinnot koettiin joustavina ja itsen\u00e4isin\u00e4, lis\u00e4ten osaamista el\u00e4m\u00e4n eri osa-alueille.\n\nVerkko-opintojen itsen\u00e4isest\u00e4 luonteesta huolimatta yhteis\u00f6llisyytt\u00e4, vuorovaikutuksen tukemista ja jokaisen aktiivista osallistumista ei tule unohtaa. Monialaisten verkko-opintojen ja erilaisten taustojen ansiosta on mahdollista oppia uutta ja laajentaa yksil\u00f6n n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia. Online studies increase flexibility and make co-operation of higher education institutions easier. Online studies make studying possible also work on the side and so make professionals continuous learning easier. Multi-professional skills are important among social- and healthcare professionals. During multi-professional online studies, it is possible to enhance students understanding about other professions and develop co-operation between professionals.\n\nThe main aim of this master thesis was to research social- and healthcare professional experiences during multi-professional online studies. The aim was also to increase understanding about studying online, what kind of phenomenon include to online studying and how online studying could be improved to meet student\u00b4s needs. Data included social- and healthcare professional\u00b4s learning diaries and online discussions which students made during one multi-professional rehabilitation online course (2/5 course; 5 credits/30 credits). The theme of the course was the meaning of behavioral change and guiding in rehabilitation. The course was held during autumn semester 2019. The studies were part of ProKuntoutus-project funded by Ministry of Education and Culture. The data was analyzed with data-based content analysis according to Schreier (2012).\n\nAs a results four main categories were formed including top- and subcategories (n=11; n=51). Main categories were every student meaning, the specificity of online studies, contextual factors and the benefits gained from studies. Students experienced the important value of community, every student active participation and opportunities of different backgrounds. Students also experienced for example the value of high-quality material and teacher\u00b4s role in online studies. Studying in online studies were flexible and independent increasing knowledge in different part of life.\n\nBesides of independence of online studies the community, support of interaction and every student active participation should not be forgot. Because of multi-professional online studies, it is possible to learn new things and widen student\u00b4s perspectives.
