Muutokset ovat arkip\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4 nykyajan ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 ja yksi keino muutoksista selvi\u00e4miseen on resilienssi\neli selviytymiskykyisyys. Ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n resilienssi on kyky\u00e4 selviyty\u00e4 muutoksista\ns\u00e4ilytt\u00e4en tai jopa kasvattaen suorituskyky\u00e4 ja yhteenkuuluvuuden tunnetta.\nTutkimus keskittyi tarkastelemaan, miten ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6 puhui resilienssist\u00e4\norganisaatiomuutoksessa ja mink\u00e4laisia keinoja ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n yhteisen rakentamisen ja j\u00e4sennyksen tuloksena identifioituiresilienssin vahvistamiseksi. Tutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin sosiaalialan organisaatiosta kolmella ryhm\u00e4haastattelulla, joihin osallistui 15 yhden ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n j\u00e4sent\u00e4. Analyysi toteutettiin diskurssianalyysin avulla. Diskurssianalyyttisell\u00e4 l\u00e4hestymistavalla pyrittiin tavoittamaan\nty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n j\u00e4senten puhetapoja resilienssist\u00e4.\nTy\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n j\u00e4senten puheesta identifioitui kuusi erilaista puhetapaa.\nHuoli-, sanelu-, mahdollisuus- ja selviytymispuhe kuvaavat ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n resilienssi\u00e4 organisaatiomuutoksessa ja ohjaamis- ja kehittymispuhe resilienssin\nvahvistamista organisaatiomuutoksessa. Tutkimustulokset osoittivat resilienssi\u00e4\nheikent\u00e4vin\u00e4 tekij\u00f6in\u00e4 tiedonkulun puutteet, jatkuvan muutoksen, sanelevan\njohtajuuden ja tavoitteiden ep\u00e4selvyyden. Resilienssi\u00e4 vahvistavina tekij\u00f6in\u00e4 tutkimuksessa nousivat riitt\u00e4v\u00e4t resurssit, kehitt\u00e4mishalu, sitoutuminen, ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6taidot ja riitt\u00e4v\u00e4 aika.
