Verkkokaupassa palveluymp\u00e4rist\u00f6 muodostuu pitk\u00e4lti k\u00e4ytt\u00f6liittym\u00e4st\u00e4, joten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemus voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 vaikuttavan olennaisesti verkkokaupan menestymiseen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n kandidaatintutkielman tarkoituksena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, miten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemus muodostuu verkkokaupassa sek\u00e4 miten k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemus vaikuttaa verkkokaupan asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen. Tutkimus toteutettiin kirjallisuuskatsauksena, jossa p\u00e4\u00e4telm\u00e4t perustuvat jo olemassa oleviin tutkimuksiin ja muuhun l\u00e4hdeaineistoon. Tutkielmassa tunnistettiin erilaisia verkkokaupan asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen vaikuttavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ja vertailtiin niit\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemustutkimuksessa l\u00f6ydettyihin tekij\u00f6ihin. Verkkokaupan asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen vaikuttavia k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemuksellisia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 tunnistettiin olevan sivuston suunnittelu, tuotetiedot, prosessin k\u00e4ytt\u00f6mukavuus ja sivuston tiedot. Tutkielmassa todettiin positiivisella k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4kokemuksella olevan vaikutusta asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyden muodostumiseen verkkokaupoissa. Like any business, e-commerce aims to make a profit, and customer satisfaction has become one of the most important factors in business profitability today. In e-commerce websites, the service environment consists largely of user interface, so the user experience can be seen to have a significant impact on the success of e-commerce. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to find out how user experience is formed in e-commerce and how user experience affects e-commerce customer satisfaction. The study was conducted as a literature review, in which the conclusions are based on existing research and other source material. This thesis identified various factors influencing e- commerce customer satisfaction and compared them with the factors found in the user experience study. User experience factors influencing e-commerce customer satisfaction were identified as site design, product information, process usability, and site information. It was found in this thesis that a positive user experience has an effect on the formation of customer satisfaction in online shopping.
