Teknologisen kehityksen mahdollistamat, uudet ansaintamallit ovat mielenkiintoisia, koska ne haastavat yritykset pohtimaan liiketoimintamallejaan ja tuovat n\u00e4in uusia palveluita kuluttajien saataville. Sosiaalisessa mediassa vaikuttajat ja muut n\u00e4kyvyytt\u00e4 ker\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t henkil\u00f6t luovat itselleen henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndin osittain tiedostaen ja tiedostamatta. Vaikuttajien henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndit her\u00e4tt\u00e4v\u00e4t kuluttajissa erilaisia tunteita. On mielenkiintoista tutkia, miten henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndit vaikuttavat eri ansaintamallien toimintaan. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa tutustuttiin erityisesti siihen, miten vahvalla henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndill\u00e4 voi ansaita, ja on kiinnostavaa tiet\u00e4\u00e4, millaisia ansaintamalleja vahva henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndi edesauttaa onnistumaan. \nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa tutustuttiin kirjallisuuskatsauksen keinoin henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndien hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miin ansaintamalleihin sosiaalisessa mediassa. Kirjallisuuskatsauksessa tutustuttiin akateemisiin artikkeleihin sek\u00e4 kirjallisuuteen aiheesta, ja saatiin n\u00e4in kattava kokonaiskuva erilaisista ansaintamalleista, joita henkil\u00f6br\u00e4nd\u00e4ys mahdollistaa. Tutkimuskysymys, johon tutkielmassa etsittiin vastausta, oli \u201dmillaisia ansaintamalleja henkil\u00f6br\u00e4nd\u00e4ys mahdollistaa sosiaalisessa mediassa\u201d. Tutkielman keskeiset k\u00e4sitteet olivat sosiaalinen media, henkil\u00f6br\u00e4nd\u00e4ys sek\u00e4 ansaintamallit. \nTutkielmassa huomattiin, ett\u00e4 osa vertailluista ansaintamalleista soveltuu hyvin my\u00f6s henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndien hy\u00f6dynnett\u00e4v\u00e4ksi ja osaa taas tulisi tutkia viel\u00e4 lis\u00e4\u00e4, onko niiden kohdalla mahdollisuutta hy\u00f6ty\u00e4 vahvasta henkil\u00f6br\u00e4ndist\u00e4. The new revenue models made possible by technological development are interesting because they challenge companies to reflect on their business models and thus bring new services to consumers. In social media, influencers and other people who gain visibility create a personal brand for themselves, partly consciously and unconsciously. Influencers \u2019personal brands evoke different emotions in consumers. It is interesting to study how personal brands affect the operation of different revenue models. This thesis looked in particular at how a strong personal brand can earn, and it is interesting to know what revenue models a strong personal brand contributes to success.\nIn this thesis, the revenue models utilized by personal brands on social media were introduced through a literature review. The literature review looked at academic articles as well as literature on the subject, thus providing a comprehensive overview of the various revenue models that personal branding makes possible. The research question to which the thesis sought an answer was \u201cwhat kind of revenue models does personal branding enables on social media\u201d. The key concepts of the dissertation were social media, personal branding and revenue models.\nThe study found that some of the compared revenue models are also well suited for the use of personal brands, and some should be further investigated to see if they have the potential to benefit from a strong personal brand.
