Tutkielma suoritetaan systemaattisena kirjallisuuskatsauksena, ja l\u00e4hdeaineistona on k\u00e4ytetty vertaisarvioituja artikkeleita tunnetuista julkaisuista.\nVerkkokaupank\u00e4ynnin omaksumista rajataan teknologian omaksumismallien n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmaan ja erityisesti yksityisten kuluttajien verkkokaupank\u00e4yntiin (B2C). Tutkielmassa k\u00e4ytettyj\u00e4 malleja ovat perustellun toiminnan teoria, teknologian omaksumismallit TAM ja TAM2, sek\u00e4 teknologi- an omaksumisen ja k\u00e4yt\u00f6n yhten\u00e4iset teoriat UTAUT ja UTAUT2. Verkkokaupan omaksuminen on monimutkainen prosessi, joka koostuu useasta eri osa-alueesta. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 kirjallisuuskatsauksessa l\u00f6ydettiin useita tekij\u00f6it\u00e4, jotka vaikuttavat verkkokaupan omaksumiseen ja menestymiseen. Businesses are transferring their products and services to online, so it\u2019s relevant to recognize, how consumers adapt to the electronic commerce and which are the key factors that lead businesses to success. The meaning of this bachelor\u2019s thesis is to answer these questions. This study is conducted as a literature review. Peer- to-peer articles from well-known publications were used as source materials. E- commerce field is broad so this study has been limited via technology acceptance models so the approach wouldn\u2019t be too extensive. This thesis only focuses business to consumer (B2C) perspective and leaves the business to business (B2B) out.
