Yhteis\u00f6manageri on yrityksen edustaja, joka yll\u00e4pit\u00e4\u00e4 yrityksen verkostopalveluiden verkkoyhteis\u00f6j\u00e4. Teknostressill\u00e4 tarkoitetaan tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4ss\u00e4 aiheuttamaa stressi\u00e4 ja se syntyy ihmisen ja teknologian vuorovaikutuksen prosessissa, jossa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4n on sopeuduttava uuteen tilanteeseen. Teknostressi kuormittaa yksil\u00f6\u00e4 psyykkisesti ja fyysisesti sek\u00e4 vaikuttaa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymiseen. T\u00e4m\u00e4 kuormitus vaikuttaa v\u00e4lillisesti my\u00f6s organisaatioon esimerkiksi ty\u00f6tyytyv\u00e4isyyden ja palautumisen kautta. Yhteis\u00f6managerit ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4t erilaisten tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien ja laitteiden kanssa kuin muut tietoty\u00f6l\u00e4iset. He kohtaavat ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n perinteisten tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien kuten s\u00e4hk\u00f6postin aiheuttamaa teknostressi\u00e4 sek\u00e4 sosiaalisten verkostopalveluiden aiheuttamaa teknostressi\u00e4. Verkostopalveluiden aiheuttamaa teknostressi\u00e4 on tutkittu vapaa-ajan kontekstissa, jolloin k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 korostuvat ihmisen hedonistiset tarpeet. Verkostopalveluiden erikoispiirteiden takia ne voivat aiheuttaa riippuvuutta k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jilleen. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimus tuo uutta tietoa siit\u00e4, miten verkostopalvelut aiheuttavat teknostressi\u00e4, kun niiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 ei ole vapaaehtoista, vaan on sidottu henkil\u00f6n ty\u00f6teht\u00e4viin. Tutkielmassa koottiin ensin kirjallisuuskatsaus teknostressiin sek\u00e4 verkostopalveluiden verkkoyhteis\u00f6ihin. T\u00e4m\u00e4n kirjallisuuskatsauksen perusteella toteutettiin laadullinen tutkimus, jossa hy\u00f6dynnettiin teemahaastatteluja. Haastattelut toteutettiin yhteis\u00f6managereille, jotka yll\u00e4pitiv\u00e4t jonkun yrityksen verkkoyhteis\u00f6j\u00e4 olemalla vuorovaikutuksessa asiakkaiden kanssa sek\u00e4 tuottivat sis\u00e4lt\u00f6\u00e4 verkostopalveluiden verkkoyhteis\u00f6ihin. Kaikki haastateltavat ty\u00f6skenteliv\u00e4t eri organisaatioiden yhteis\u00f6managereina. Community manager is defined as advocate who maintains the brands communities in social networking sites. Technostress means the stress that is faced by the user of information systems and it\u2019s created in the process of human computer interaction where user must cope with the new. Technostress strains the user mentally and physically and has behavioral consequences. These strains affect the organization via work satisfaction and recovery. Community managers work with array of different information systems and devices than regular knowledge workers. They face technostress caused by traditional organization systems such as email as well as technostress caused by social networking sites. Technostress caused by social networking sites has been studied in leisure contexts that emphases the hedonic use. Due to their special characteristics they can cause addiction to the user. This study aims to bring new knowledge on how social networking sites cause technostress as the usage is not voluntary but rather tied to users work. Firstly, literature review was gathered about technostress and brand communities. Based on the literature review qualitative empirical research with semi structured interviews was executed. The interviews were executed with community managers that upkeep brand communities in social networking sites are in interaction with customers and create content for the network. All the interviewees work in different organizations.
