Kokeellisesti t\u00e4t\u00e4 ongelmaa on\njo yritetty ratkaista, mutta ongelma ei ole poistunut.\nSimuloin IBSimu-simulaatiokirjaston avulla ionisuihkun kulkua MicroAlphatrossin\nekstraktiossa. Simulaatioissa tarkastelen ionien ratoja, ionisuihkun virtaa\nja emittanssia. Ratkaisua ekstraktiossa esiintyneisiin ongelmiin etsin muuttamalla\nekstraktiogeometriaa. Simulaatioiden pohjalta ehdotan ratkaisuksi kasvattaa ekstraktioj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n\neinzel-linssin elektrodien v\u00e4limatkoja 150% nykyisest\u00e4 l\u00e4pily\u00f6ntikest\u00e4vyyden\nkasvattamiseksi. MicroAlphatross is developed\nin University of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 and during experimental development problems\narose in extraction system by electrodes discharging. There has been effort to fix\nthis problem experimentally by improving vacuum pumping but discharging still\nhappens.\nSimulations in this thesis are done via IBSimu ion beam simulation library. In\nsimulations I study ion tracks, beam current and beam emittance. I search solution\nto the discharging problem by changing extraction system geometry. Simulations\nsupport my suggestion to increase distance between electrodes in extraction einzel\nlens to 150% of current distance.
