Inkluusion aste k\u00e4sitteellistettiin luokan moninaisuutena, ja tarkoituksena oli tarkastella sen yhteytt\u00e4 luokanopettajien luokan opettamisesta johtuvaan stressiin ja ty\u00f6uupumukseen, sek\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4n yhteyden erilaisuutta riippuen\nluokan ty\u00f6rauhasta. Tutkimuksen aineisto koostui ProKoulu-hankkeen vuoden\n2013 alkumittauksen sek\u00e4 seuraavan kev\u00e4\u00e4n kyselyist\u00e4. Niill\u00e4 oli selvitetty vuosiluokkia 2\u20136 opettaneiden luokanopettajien (N = 435) luokan opettamisesta\njohtuvaa stressi\u00e4 ja ty\u00f6uupumusta. Tarkasteluun sis\u00e4ltyi luokanopettajien arvioimina my\u00f6s luokan tuen tarpeessa olevien oppilaiden m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 ja ty\u00f6rauha sek\u00e4\ntaustatietoina opettajien sukupuoli ja ty\u00f6kokemuksen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4. Aineisto analysoitiin hierarkkisella regressioanalyysilla k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 SPSS 26 -ohjelmistoa.\nTulosten mukaan luokan moninaisuus oli yhteydess\u00e4 luokanopettajien samanaikaiseen stressiin sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6uupumukseen erikseen syksyll\u00e4 ja kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4,\nmutta se ei selitt\u00e4nyt my\u00f6hemp\u00e4\u00e4, kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 ilmennytt\u00e4 stressi\u00e4 tai ty\u00f6uupumusta. N\u00e4it\u00e4 selittiv\u00e4t vain stressin ja ty\u00f6uupumuksen aiemmat l\u00e4ht\u00f6tasot. Luokan moninaisuuden yhteys luokanopettajien luokan opettamisesta johtuvaan\nstressiin ja ty\u00f6uupumukseen oli samanlaista luokan ty\u00f6rauhasta riippumatta.\nTutkimuksen tulosten viitatessa luokanopettajien varsin pysyv\u00e4\u00e4n ty\u00f6n\nkuormitukseen olennaista on omien voimavarojen tunnistaminen, riitt\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 palautumisesta huolehtiminen ja ty\u00f6n rajaaminen stressin hallitsemiseksi.
