Urheilijoiden harjoittelu on keskitetty opiskelup\u00e4iv\u00e4n yhteyteen ja ymp\u00e4rille on luotu ammattimainen ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6 tukemaan urheilijan ja lajikulttuurin kehityst\u00e4. Joukkueet eiv\u00e4t ole muodostuneet pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n oppilaitosten ymp\u00e4rille, vaan niiden organisaatiorakenteet ja toimintatavat on rakennettu yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 lajiliittojen, seurojen ja kuntien kanssa. Julkisen sektorin oppilaitosten sek\u00e4 kolmannen ja yksityisen sektorin urheiluorganisaatioiden yhteisty\u00f6 on osa ajankohtaista hybridisaatiota, jossa sektoreiden v\u00e4liset toimintatavat l\u00e4henev\u00e4t toisiaan. Lis\u00e4ksi joukkuelajien harjoittelun keskitt\u00e4minen opiskelup\u00e4ivien yhteyteen on osa harjoittelun ja organisaatioiden ammattimaistumista.\n\nTutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kartoittaa, mihin Suomen urheilulukioihin on perustettu opiskelup\u00e4ivien aikana yhdess\u00e4 harjoittelevia ja kilpailullista sarjaa pelaavia palloilujoukkueita. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n, millaisia muita yhteisty\u00f6malleja opiskelup\u00e4iv\u00e4n yhteyteen keskitetyn harjoittelun toteuttamiseen on kehitetty. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen tutkitaan n\u00e4iden toimintakokonaisuuksien organisaatiorakenteita ja tavoitteita. Tutkimus on toteutettu l\u00e4hett\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 ensin kaikille Suomen urheilulukioille taustatietokysely, jossa kartoitetaan ilmi\u00f6n mukaista toimintaa lukiossa. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen taustatietokyselyst\u00e4 saatua aineistoa on syvennetty taustatietokyselyyn vastanneiden asiantuntijoiden teemahaastatteluilla.\n\nSuomessa toimii t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 kahdeksan urheilulukioiden kansallista kilpailullista sarjaa pelaavaa palloilujoukkuetta. Lis\u00e4ksi urheilulukioissa esiintyy seitsem\u00e4n joukkuepalloiluryhm\u00e4\u00e4, jotka harjoittelevat yhdess\u00e4 v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n viisi kertaa viikossa opiskelup\u00e4ivien yhteydess\u00e4. Toimintakokonaisuuksien organisaatiorakenteet on rakennettu lajiliitto- tai seuravetoisesti ja niist\u00e4 on muodostunut hybridisaatiota ilment\u00e4vi\u00e4 verkosto-organisaatioita. Kolmannen sektorin lajiliittojen ja urheiluseurojen ammattimaistuessa ne ovat l\u00e4hentyneet julkisen sektorin oppilaitosten kanssa ja kehitt\u00e4neet uusia toimintamalleja urheilulukioiden ja -akatemioiden luoman v\u00e4yl\u00e4n avulla. Toimintakokonaisuuksien p\u00e4\u00e4tavoitteita ovat yksil\u00f6iden kansainv\u00e4linen ammattilaisuus ja lajin hy\u00f6ty. The practices of athletes have centralized to the connection of study days and for around of them have built a professional environment to support the development of athletes and sport culture. The teams have not been constituted just around the sport high schools, because their organisational structures and procedures have built in cooperation with federations, sport clubs and municipalities. The cooperation of public sector\u2019s schools and the third and private sector\u2019s sport clubs is part of the current hybridization, where the procedures of sectors come closer of each other. Furthermore, the practicing centralization to the connection of study days is part of the professionalization of practicing and organizations.\n\nThe aim of this research is survey, where in Finnish sport high schools have established ball sport teams which practice together during the school day and play competitive leagues. In addition, this research will find out, what kind of other ways of centralized practice to the connection of school days have built. After that, the research will research the organizational structures and targets of these operation models. The research have made, at first by sending the background survey to the all Finnish sport high schools, where find out the activity of this phenomenon in high school. After that, the data of the background survey have made deeper by the theme interviews of professionals who answered to the background survey.\n\nAt the moment in Finland there are performing eight sport high school ball game teams, which play in competitive leagues. In addition, sport high schools have seven ball game groups, which are practicing together at least five times in a week during the school days. The organizational structures have built with federations or sport clubs and they have become connection organizations which typify hybridization. In professionalization of the third sector federations and sport clubs, they have become closer to the public sector\u2019s schools and develop new operation models by using the path that sport high schools and sport academies have made. The main targets of the operation models are individuals\u2019 international professionalism and the benefit of the sport.
