Tutkimuksen p\u00e4\u00e4tutkimuskysymys on: \u201dMink\u00e4laisena ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4kokemus toimistomuutossa ilmenee haastateltavien kertomuksissa?\u201d. Alatutkimuskysymyksen\u00e4 esitet\u00e4\u00e4n: \u201dMillaisia tulkintoja haastateltujen kertomuksista nousee esiin muutoksen johtamisesta ja mahdollisuudesta olla osallisena muutoksessa?\u201d. Tutkimuksen kohteena on 14 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4\u00e4 kolmesta eri suomalaisesta yrityksest\u00e4. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena, ja teoreettiseksi viitekehykseksi valikoitui organisaatioestetiikka. Aineiston analyysi perustuu kolmeen keskeiseen teemaan: muutosjohtaminen, henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n osallisuus muutoksessa ja empatia organisaatiokontekstissa. Aineisto tuotettiin teemahaastatteluin ja analysoitiin narratiivimuotoanalyysi\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en. Keskeinen tulos on, ett\u00e4 yksil\u00f6iden kertomuksista voi tulkita t\u00e4ysin uniikkeja kokemuksia, mutta kertomusten juonimuodoista l\u00f6ytyy my\u00f6s yht\u00e4l\u00e4isyyksi\u00e4. Nelj\u00e4 l\u00f6ydetty\u00e4 juonimuotoa ovat: stabiili, regressiivinen, progressiivinen ja komedia-romanssi. Juonik\u00e4yrien muotoon vaikuttaa aistein saatu ja tulkittu tieto, kokemus ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6st\u00e4. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4kokemuksia organisaation vuorovaikutusymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4 tuodaan tuloksissa esiin osallisuuden ja empatian teemojen alla. Johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksin\u00e4 esitet\u00e4\u00e4n, ett\u00e4 muutossa ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4kokemukseen vaikuttavat monet seikat ja koko organisaatioymp\u00e4rist\u00f6 on ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4n esteettisen arvioinnin kohteena. Erot ja yht\u00e4l\u00e4isyydet muutoksen johtamisen kokemuksesta liittyiv\u00e4t kokijan rooliin, ammatti-identiteettiin, sosiaalisten suhteiden merkityksellisyyteen, tiedon m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4n ja laatuun, henkil\u00f6kohtaisiin turvallisuuden tarpeisiin ja kykyyn hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 organisaation tarjoamia ja omia resursseja.
