Lis\u00e4ksi tavoitteena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 organisaatiokulttuurin mahdollisia kehityskohteita. Tutkimus toteutettiin tapaustutkimuksena. Organisaatiokulttuuria tutkittiin monimenetelm\u00e4isell\u00e4 tutkimusotteella, jotta tutkittavasta ilmi\u00f6st\u00e4 saatiin mahdollisimman monipuolista tietoa. Tutkimuksen empiirinen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin asiakaspalvelualalla toimivasta yrityksest\u00e4, joka toimi nelj\u00e4ll\u00e4 paikkakunnalla Suomessa. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin marras-joulukuussa 2018. Kvantitatiivinen tutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kohdeyrityksess\u00e4 toteutetulla henkil\u00f6st\u00f6kyselyll\u00e4, jossa kohderyhm\u00e4n\u00e4 olivat ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t, esimiehet ja asiantuntijat. Kvantitatiivisen aineiston analysointiin k\u00e4ytettiin tilastollisia menetelmi\u00e4, kuten t-testi\u00e4 ja yksisuuntaista varianssianalyysi\u00e4. Kvalitatiivinen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin teemahaastatteluilla, joiden kohderyhm\u00e4n\u00e4 olivat ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t ja esimiehet. Kvalitatiivinen aineisto analysoitiin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en.\nTutkimuksessa havaittiin, ett\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6 kokee organisaatiokulttuurin p\u00e4\u00e4asiassa heid\u00e4n oman toimipisteens\u00e4 ja l\u00e4hity\u00f6yhteis\u00f6ns\u00e4 tasolla eik\u00e4 koko yrityksen yhteist\u00e4 organisaatiokulttuuria koeta olevan. Tutkimuksen tulosten perusteella kohdeyrityksen toiminnan hajanaisuus sek\u00e4 kohdeyrityksess\u00e4 tapahtunut liiketoimintakauppa vaikuttavat organisaatiokulttuurin muodostumiseen. Tulosten mukaan kohdeyrityksen toimipisteiss\u00e4 on omia alakulttuureita, joissa toimitaan omanlaisten toimintamallien mukaan. Tutkimuksessa nousi esille useita kehityskohteita, joista keskeisimm\u00e4t ovat viestint\u00e4 ja tiedonkulku sek\u00e4 yhten\u00e4isen organisaatiokulttuurin kehitt\u00e4minen.
