Tarkastelussa keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n Pohjoismaiden alueelle ja pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n arvioimaan lumen vaikutuksen suuruutta vuosituotantoon paneelin teknisen i\u00e4n aikana, mik\u00e4 on noin 25-30 vuotta. Paneelin teknisell\u00e4 i\u00e4ll\u00e4 tarkoitetaan ajanjaksoa, jonka aikana paneelin pit\u00e4isi pysty\u00e4 tuottamaan v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n 80 % sen nimellistehosta. \n\nS\u00e4teilym\u00e4\u00e4rien simulointiin jouduttiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n kahta eri tietokantaa, niiden alueellisten rajoituksien takia. Tietokantojen v\u00e4lill\u00e4 on noin 10 % ero, jonka takia eri kaupunkien v\u00e4liset s\u00e4teilym\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4t eiv\u00e4t kaikki ole kesken\u00e4\u00e4n vertailukelpoisia. \n\nKeskim\u00e4\u00e4rin Pohjoismaissa vuotuinen simuloitu s\u00e4teilym\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 on 1130 kWh/m2, josta lumen takia menetet\u00e4\u00e4n noin 25 %. This study uses PVGIS-simulation and statistics of snow\ndownfall to evaluate the effects of snow on energy output. This research focuses on the Nordic countries and aims to assess the impact of snow on annual production during the technical period of the panel, which is about 25-30 years. The technical period is the time during which the production capacity of the solar panel maintains 80 % of its nominal output. \n\nTwo different databases were used to simulate the amounts of radiation, due to regional limitations. There is an approximately 10 % difference between the databases, which is why the amounts of radiation between different cities are not all comparable.\n\nIn the other Nordic countries, the average amount of simulated radiation is 1130 kWh/m2, varying between 984 kWh/m2 (Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4) and 1231 kWh/m2 (Vaasa). On average, the annual loss of radiation is approximately 25 %. Based on these results, snow increases the repayment period of monocrystalline silicon panel from 4.1 to 5.5 years. In Denmark (Copenhagen) the average annual radiation is approximately 1261 kWh/m2. Due to snow it decreases about 9 %.
