Toisen osan ty\u00f6t\u00e4 muodosti rinnan toimintamallin kehitt\u00e4misen kanssa etenev\u00e4 Biotalouden erikoistumiskoulutuksen uudelleenmuotoilu, mink\u00e4 kautta my\u00f6s rakentuvaa toimintamallia pilotoitiin. Erikoistumiskoulutusten lis\u00e4ksi toimintamalli tukee my\u00f6s muun tyyppisten tarvel\u00e4ht\u00f6isten koulutuspalveluiden muotoilua.\nBiotalouden kehittyminen ja sen tarjoamat ratkaisut kest\u00e4vyyden haasteisiin ovat osa niin Suomen kuin EU:n strategioita ja yksi alan osaamista kasvattavista ratkaisuista ovat juuri erikoistumiskoulutukset. Niiden tavoitteena on tuottaa monialaista osaamista aiemman korkeakoulututkinnon suorittaneilla ja n\u00e4in mahdollistaa toimiminen alan asiantuntijuutta vaativissa teht\u00e4viss\u00e4. Kohdekoulutuksen painotuksena olivat Biotalouden digitaaliset palvelut, mik\u00e4 suuntasi tutkimuksen toteutusta.\nMolempien tavoitteiden pohjana toimivat koulutuksen kohderyhmien edustajien haastattelut, joissa kartoitettiin toimialan muutoksia, niiden pohjalta syntyvi\u00e4 osaamistarpeiden muutoksia ja asiantuntijuuden kehittymisen strategioita. Aineiston analysointi toteutettiin Grounded Theory -menetelm\u00e4n mukaisesti ja sen pohjalta syntyi kolmitasoinen malli kuvaamaan trendien, osaamistarpeiden ja asiantuntijuuden kehitt\u00e4misen strategioiden suhdetta muotoiltavaan koulutuspalvelutuotteeseen. N\u00e4iden tarkastelujen pohjalta koottiin palvelumuotoiluun nojaava toimintamalli ty\u00f6kaluineen. Analyysit muodostivat my\u00f6s pohjan erikoistumiskoulutuksen tarvel\u00e4ht\u00f6iselle kehitt\u00e4miselle, jonka osalta seurattiin muotoiltua toimintamallia. Erikoistumiskoulutuksen muotoilu tarjoaa kattavan esimerkin toimintamallin hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4misest\u00e4 koulutuspalvelutuotteen kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4, mink\u00e4 lis\u00e4ksi se toimi pilottina toimintamallin arviointia ja jatkokehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 varten.\nTy\u00f6n tuloksena erikoistumiskoulutuksen toteutusta ja sis\u00e4lt\u00f6j\u00e4 varten muotoiltiin aineis-tosta muodostettuihin profilointeihin perustuva modulaarinen, yksil\u00f6llisen opintopolun mahdollistava koulutusrakenne, joka pohjautuu taustalla olevaan osaamiseen sek\u00e4 kehittyv\u00e4n asiantuntijuuden tavoitteisiin. There is a shift in education towards new types of schooling, one example being Professional Specialisation Education (PSE), which are offered by groups of UASs and Universities. Together with this purpose, another branch was to re-model the PSE of Bioeconomy, which was also used to pilot the process model. In addition to PSE, the process model supports modelling of other types of schooling also.\nBioeconomy is considered as an essential actor in responding to the challenges of sustainability, both in Finnish and EU strategies. Thus, several initiatives have been introduced to meet the need for increasing expertise. One of these are the PSEs, that are targeted to people already having a university / UAS degree. Purpose of the education is to widen the expertise into multidisciplinary field, enabling working in demanding projects and roles. Subject of the PSE to be modelled was Digital Services in Bioeconomy, which directed the execution of the study.\nAs a basis for both research and design targets served interviews. Interviews were carried out with participation of target group representatives, and the study was made to clarify changes in industry, competence needs based on the changes, and strategies for developing one\u2019s expertise. Data was analysed by means of Grounded Theory, provid-ing a Three-Level Model connecting industry trends, competence needs and learning strategies into the development of Education Service Product. The model acted as a basis for building the process model for developing educational services, also acknowledging Service Design principles. Analyses also provided a wide basis for need-based modelling of PSE, that followed the new-build process model. Thus, modelling the PSE of Bioeconomy served as an extensive example of utilizing the model and provided as-sessment feedback to improve the usability of model and tools.\nAs a result, an educational plan for the PSE was created, including 1) profiling-based modular structure that enables individual learning paths based on background and goals and 2) recommendations on implementation of the curriculum.
