Choosing the right communication tool can be considered as the most important part of internal communication technology, because different communication channels work and reach people in different ways. Organizations strive to make extensive use of various internal communication channels to improve their internal communication. \nInterest in employee engagement has increased recently, and over the past decade, there has been a growing body of scientific research on employee engagement. One of the most important trends in employee engagement to work is the relationship between leadership and commitment. In modern organizations, the role of organizational culture has become increasingly important for organizational efficiency. To achieve genuine commitment, employees and employers should work together to create a positive, confident, courteous, and equally rewarding relationship in which all parties believe in a common goal and a system of equity, empowerment and intentional growth with the system. \nWork control, knowledge, manager support, innovativeness, and the impact of the social environment all have a positive impact on work commitment. Employee engagement has a positive impact on organizational performance.
