Lis\u00e4ksi selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n millaisia h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen ennaltaehk\u00e4isy- ja\nratkaisukeinoja opettajat k\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4t. Tutkielman tarkoituksena on luoda kokonaiskuvaa\nh\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisest\u00e4 ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4, lis\u00e4t\u00e4 opettajien tietoisuutta ja tuoda esiin konkreettisia keinoja,\njoita opettajat voivat hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n ty\u00f6ss\u00e4\u00e4n. Tutkielman aineisto koostuu viidest\u00e4\nteemahaastettelusta ja aineiston analyysimetodina k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n kvalitatiivista sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4.\nTutkimuksen tulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen\u00e4 pidet\u00e4\u00e4n yleens\u00e4 toisia h\u00e4iritsev\u00e4\u00e4 ja\nopetusta keskeytt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 ulosp\u00e4in suuntautuvaa k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4. Sis\u00e4\u00e4np\u00e4in suuntautuvaa k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 ei sen\nsijaan pidet\u00e4 samalla tavoin h\u00e4iritsev\u00e4n\u00e4. Tutkielman mukaan tyypillisimpin\u00e4 syin\u00e4\nh\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen takana n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n yhteiskunnallisia muutoksia, koulu- ja kotikohtaisia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4\nja oppilasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isi\u00e4 syit\u00e4. Ruotsin tunneille tyypillisiksi h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymist\u00e4 aiheuttaviksi tekij\u00f6iksi\nluokitellaan motivaation puute, negatiivinen asennoituminen sek\u00e4 kokemus kielen vaikeudesta ja\nmerkityksett\u00f6myydest\u00e4.\nTutkimuksen mukaan h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen ennaltaehk\u00e4isykeinoina k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n erilaisia k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n\ntoimia sek\u00e4 vuorovaikutuksellisia ett\u00e4 pedagogisia keinoja. Ratkaisukeinoina puolestaan k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n\nsanallisia ja sanattomia viestej\u00e4 sek\u00e4 keskustelua yksitt\u00e4isen oppilaan tai oppilasryhm\u00e4n kanssa.\nSuosittuja ratkaisukeinoja ovat my\u00f6s palkkiot ja liev\u00e4t rangaistukset. Jonkin verran k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n\nekosysteemiin perustuvia ratkaisukeinoja. Sis\u00e4\u00e4np\u00e4in suuntautuneeseen h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymiseen\npuututaan p\u00e4\u00e4osin samoilla keinoilla. Lis\u00e4ksi k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 on henkil\u00f6kohtaisempia ratkaisumalleja.\nTutkimuksen mukaan h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4yt\u00f6stilanteissa pidet\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4, ett\u00e4 h\u00e4iritsev\u00e4sti k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyv\u00e4\noppilas tulee huomioiduksi. Tuloksissa painoittuivat vahvasti oppilaan ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4minen, positiivinen\npedagogiikka ja oppilasl\u00e4ht\u00f6iset ratkaisut.\nTutkimuksen mukaan h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyminen tulee edelleen lis\u00e4\u00e4ntym\u00e4\u00e4n ja monimuotoistumaan\ntulevaisuudessa. Ratkaisuna oppilaiden h\u00e4iri\u00f6k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymist\u00e4 ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4 tulisi k\u00e4sitell\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n\npedagogissa opinnoissa ja koulutukseen pit\u00e4isi lis\u00e4t\u00e4 erityispedagogiikan kursseja. Lis\u00e4ksi\nkoulutusta tulisi muokata vastaamaan paremmin ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4 ja jo ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oleville opettajille tulisi\ntarjota lis\u00e4koulutusta. Koulujen resursseja tulisi lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ja opetusryhmi\u00e4 pienent\u00e4\u00e4.
