Lis\u00e4ksi pyrkimyksen\u00e4 oli syvent\u00e4\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 johtajuuteen liittyvist\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6ist\u00e4 ja rakenteista, jotka ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t kokivat ammatillisen toimijuutensa tukemisen ja tunteidensa huomioimisen kannalta merkitt\u00e4viksi. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tapaustutkimuksena osana Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston TUNTO-hanketta. Tutkimuksen aineisto koostui rakennushanke- ja kiinteist\u00f6jen yll\u00e4pitopalveluihin keskittyneen organisaation kahdeksan ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4n teemahaastatteluista. Aineisto analysoitiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 temaattista analyysia. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t kokivat ammatillisen toimijuutensa melko vahvana, mik\u00e4 n\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyi moninaisina kokemuksina vaikutusmahdollisuuksista, ty\u00f6k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6jen kehitt\u00e4misest\u00e4 ja ammatillisen identiteetin muokkaamisesta. Tutkittavien ilmaisema tunnepuhe oli rikasta, ja se kohdistui tunneilmapiiriin, ammatilliseen toimijuuteen sek\u00e4 organisaation toimipistejakoon. Ammatillista toimijuutta tukevan johtajuuden keskeisin\u00e4 ulottuvuuksina koettiin olevan muun muassa esimiehen l\u00e4sn\u00e4olo ja aito kiinnostus, motivointi, vaikutusmahdollisuuksien antaminen ja sujuva vuorovaikutus. Tunteet huomioivaa johtajuutta k\u00e4sitteleviss\u00e4 kokemuksissa korostuivat esimiehen tietoisen l\u00e4sn\u00e4olon ja aidon kohtaamisen, sallivuuden, tunteiden k\u00e4sittelytaitojen, esimerkin ja persoonallisuuden merkitys. Tutkielman tulokset olivat samansuuntaisia aiemman tutkimuksen kanssa. Ammatillisen toimijuuden ja tunteiden havaittiin olevan toisiinsa vahvasti linkittyneit\u00e4 ilmi\u00f6it\u00e4, joiden tukemiseksi tarvitaan konkreettisia johtamisk\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4.
