Tutkimustavoitteeseen pyrittiin vastaamalla seuraavaan tutkimuskysymykseen: millaiset organisaatiokulttuurin tekij\u00e4t vahvistavat tai heikent\u00e4v\u00e4t vastavalmistuneiden organisaatioon identifioitumista?\nTutkielma toteutettiin laadullisin tutkimusmenetelmin. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin teemahaastattelulla, jossa tarkasteltiin vastavalmistuneiden k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 ja kokemuksia. Kahdenkeskisiin haastatteluihin osallistui kuusi vastavalmistunutta viidest\u00e4 eri organisaatiosta. Haastateltavat olivat valmistuneet kauppatieteiden tai filosofian maistereiksi kolmesta eri p\u00e4\u00e4aineesta ja tekiv\u00e4t t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 tietoty\u00f6t\u00e4 pienyrityksiss\u00e4. Analyysimenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin teemoittelua, jonka perusteella muodostettiin kuusi p\u00e4\u00e4teemaa ja kuusitoista alateemaa.\nTulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 vastavalmistuneet yhdistiv\u00e4t organisaatiokulttuurin tekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 arvomaailman, organisaation rakenteen, oppimisen kulttuurin, ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n ilmapiirin ja vuorovaikutuksen s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6nmukaisuudet organisaatioon identifioitumiseen. Kaikkien n\u00e4iden organisaatiokulttuurin tekij\u00f6iden koettiin vahvistavan sek\u00e4 heikent\u00e4v\u00e4n vastavalmistuneiden organisaatioon identifioitumista. Organisaatiokulttuurin eri tekij\u00f6iden ja identifioitumisen v\u00e4listen yhteyksien kompleksisuus nousikin esiin mielenkiintoisena tuloksena. Tulosten perusteella n\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s silt\u00e4, ett\u00e4 vuorovaikutuksen merkitys on korostunut organisaatiokulttuurin eri tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 tarkasteltaessa.\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tulokset lis\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 siit\u00e4, millainen yhteys organisaatiokulttuurilla on vastavalmistuneiden organisaatioon identifioitumiseen ja mitk\u00e4 organisaatiokulttuurin tekij\u00e4t koetaan merkitykselliseksi identifioitumisen kannalta. Ymm\u00e4rryksen lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyess\u00e4, voidaan tulla tietoiseksi siit\u00e4, mitk\u00e4 tekij\u00e4t organisaatioiden kulttuureissa koetaan niin ongelmalliseksi, ett\u00e4 halu l\u00e4hte\u00e4 organisaatiosta kasvaa.
