Ty\u00f6nantajamielikuvan muodostumiseen on useita erilaisia v\u00e4yli\u00e4, mutta my\u00f6s rekrytointiprosessin aikana syntyy paljon k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 siit\u00e4, millaista organisaatiossa ty\u00f6skentely voisi olla. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa aihetta l\u00e4hestyt\u00e4\u00e4n ensisijaisesti rekrytointiprosessin n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta ja selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n niit\u00e4 tekij\u00f6it\u00e4, mitk\u00e4 vaikuttavat sek\u00e4 itse hakup\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6kseen, ett\u00e4 varsinkin organisaatiosta hakijoille j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n mielikuvaan.\nTutkimus toteutettiin puolistrukturoiduilla teemahaastatteluilla. Haastateltavat olivat korkeakoulutettuja henkil\u00f6it\u00e4, jotka olivat l\u00e4hivuosina aloittaneet uudessa ty\u00f6paikassa tai v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n hakeneet sellaista. Tutkimushaastattelut nauhoitettiin ja litteroitiin. Tulosten analysoinnissa k\u00e4ytettiin menetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4.\nSelvisi, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6nhakup\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6sten tueksi henkil\u00f6t etsiv\u00e4t tietoa organisaatiosta monista eri l\u00e4hteist\u00e4. Tuttavien kertomilla n\u00e4kemyksill\u00e4 selv\u00e4sti suurempi merkitys, kuin organisaation omalla viestinn\u00e4ll\u00e4. N\u00e4m\u00e4 n\u00e4kemykset ovat voineet synty\u00e4 joko heid\u00e4n osallistuessaan aiempiin hakuprosesseihin tai heid\u00e4n ty\u00f6skennelless\u00e4\u00e4n organisaatiossa. Voidaankin todeta, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6nantajamielikuvaa luodaan p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4isess\u00e4 johtamisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 my\u00f6s potentiaalisten ty\u00f6nhakijoiden suuntaan. Ty\u00f6paikkailmoituksissa toivottiin p\u00e4\u00e4kohtien olevan selke\u00e4sti esill\u00e4, mutta tarvittaessa saatavissa toivottiin olevan\npaljon informaatiota. Rekrytointiprosessin aikaista yhteydenpitoa organisaation taholta toivottiin paljon. Runsas yhteydenpito j\u00e4tti positiivisen mielikuvan organisaatiosta, vaikka ei tulisikaan valituksi. Rekrytointiprosessia voidaan pit\u00e4\u00e4 ep\u00e4onnistuneena my\u00f6s silloin, vaikka ty\u00f6paikka saataisiin.
