Chatbotit ovat tehokas keino automatisoida asiakaspalvelua ja niiden suosio onkin ollut kovassa nousussa viime vuosina. \nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa tutkitaan, kuinka bottikuiskaaja voi auttaa chatbot-k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoprojektin onnistumisessa. Tutkimuksen tuloksena luodaan viitekehys bottikuiskaajan roolin tueksi jota voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 projektissa. Viitekehyksen avulla vastataan siihen, kuinka bottikuiskaaja voi tukea chatbot-projektin onnistumista, mit\u00e4 asioita tulee ottaa huomioon chatbotin kouluttamisessa, ja mit\u00e4 sudenkuoppia tulee v\u00e4ltt\u00e4\u00e4. \nTutkimuksen kohdeorganisaationa toimii yritys, joka tarjoaa toiminnan-ohjaus- ja taloushallintaj\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4, sek\u00e4 niihin liittyvi\u00e4 koulutus- ja yll\u00e4pito-palveluita pk-yrityksille. Tutkimuksen tuloksena muodostettua viitekehyst\u00e4 voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 kohdeorganisaation chatbot-k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoprojektin tukena. Tuloksia voidaan my\u00f6s hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 muissa chatbot-projekteissa. \nTutkimuksen tulokset muodostuvat katsauksesta aiheen kirjallisuuteen ja kyselylomakkeella ker\u00e4tyst\u00e4 empiirisest\u00e4 aineistosta. Automatisation of customer service has been seen as a way to answer those challenges. Chatbots are an effective way to automate customer service so it\u2019s no surprise that they are used more and more by companies. \nThe aim of this study was to explore how the botmaster can support successful implementation of chatbot. As a result of this study a frame of reference is made to be utilized in a supportive role in chatbot implementation project. Research questions were: how the botmaster can help to gain successful chatbot project, what to consider in training the chatbot, and what mistakes to avoid. \nTarget organization of this study provides ERP and financial management systems, as well as related training and maintenance services for SMEs. This study can be utilized as a part of target organizations chatbot-project as well as in other chatbot-projects.\nResults of this study are based on a literature review and empirical data collected through a questionnaire.
