Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli ker\u00e4t\u00e4 n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4 oppilailta ja nostaa heid\u00e4n \u00e4\u00e4nens\u00e4 kuuluville. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena ja siin\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin fenomenologis-hermeneuttista l\u00e4hestymistapaa. Tutkimusaineistona k\u00e4ytettiin el\u00e4ytymismenetelm\u00e4n keinoin ker\u00e4ttyj\u00e4 tarinoita kahdella hieman erilaisella kehyskertomuksella. Analysointi toteutettiin aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isell\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysill\u00e4. Tutkimuksen kohderyhm\u00e4n\u00e4 olivat 7.\u20139. luokkalaiset yl\u00e4koululaiset Lapin ja Pohjois-Pohjanmaan alueelta. Tutkimukseen osallistui yhteens\u00e4 41 oppilasta. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kolmelta eri koululta loppuvuoden 2019 ja alkuvuoden 2020 aikana. \n\nYl\u00e4kouluik\u00e4iset halusivat luontoliikuntaopetukseen yhteistoiminnallisuutta ja tuttuja koululiikuntamuotoja. Toiminnan haluttiin olevan p\u00e4\u00e4osin organisoitua ja sille toivottiin erilaisia vaihtoehtoja. Ev\u00e4shetket luonnossa n\u00e4htiin toiminnan kohokohtana. Luonnon moninaisuutta haluttiin hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 eri tavoin. Suosituimpia liikuntapaikkoja olivat luonnonmukaiset ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6t. Seuraavaksi suosituimpia olivat rakennetut ulkoliikuntapaikat ja yksitt\u00e4isen\u00e4 paikkana laavu. Kaupunkiymp\u00e4rist\u00f6-, sek\u00e4 l\u00e4hiluonto- ja l\u00e4hiymp\u00e4rist\u00f6 nimettiin liikuntapaikoksi noin kolmasosassa tarinoista. Yl\u00e4kouluik\u00e4isten luontoliikuntaideoista yli puolet olisi toteutettavissa matalan kynnyksen liikunnan n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta t\u00e4ysin maksuttomasti tutkimuskoulujen l\u00e4hiluonnossa. L\u00e4hes puolet niist\u00e4 tarinoissa, joiden kehyskertomuksessa ymp\u00e4rist\u00f6\u00e4 ei rajattu erikseen, luontoliikuntaideat voitaisiin toteuttaa tutkimuskoulun l\u00e4hiluonnossa t\u00e4ysin maksuttomasti. Kaikki tarinat sis\u00e4lsiv\u00e4t joko t\u00e4ysin, p\u00e4\u00e4osin tai osittain maksuttomia luontoliikuntaideoita. \n\nTutkimuksen tulokset antoivat n\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 luontoliikunnan toteutettavuudesta pienill\u00e4 taloudellisilla resursseilla. Opettajalta ei vaadittu erityisosaamista luontoliikunnasta, vaan organisointivastuuta unohtamatta oppilaan autonomiaa ja yhteis\u00f6llisyyden kokemusta. Saadut tulokset ovat t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4 aikaisempiin tutkimuksiin n\u00e4hden, joissa heikot taloudelliset resurssit ja opettajan ammattitaidon puute n\u00e4htiin luontoliikuntaa heikent\u00e4viksi tekij\u00f6iksi. The aim was to find out what kind of outdoor sports lower secondary school students want to participate in at school. The second goal was to find out what kind of environments students want for outdoor exercise. The third goal was to find out how the students outdoor exercise ideas could be implemented from the perspective of low-threshold exercise. This research was a qualitive research and was conducted using the phenomenological-hermeneutical approach. Research material used consisted responses written by 41 lower secondary school students with two slightly different framework reports. Material was collected from three different Schools in Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland areas during the latter part of 2019 and early 2020. The material was analysed using material-based content analysis. \n\nLower secondary school students wanted collaborative activities and familiar forms of school sports. The aim was to be mainly organized and alternative. Eating in nature was the highlight of the activity choices. There was a desire to utilize the diversity of nature in many ways. Organic environments were the most popular places. Almost as popular were the built-in outdoor facilities. The shed was the most popular of the individual places. In about a third of the answers, the urban environment, the surrounding nature and the surrounding environment were named as sports locations. More than half of the student's physical education ideas would be feasible from the point of view of low-threshold sports completely free of charge in the vicinity of the research schools.
