Kokemusten avulla selvitettiin, mit\u00e4 aiheita vieraan kielen suunnittelussa\nerityisopettajat huomioivat ja miten huomiot vaikuttavat erityisopettajien vieraan\nkielen sis\u00e4lt\u00f6jen soveltamistapaan sek\u00e4 tieto- ja viestint\u00e4teknologian hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miseen.\n\nAineistonkeruu toteutettiin s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen kyselylomakkeen avulla, joka l\u00e4hetettiin Facebookin\nkolmeen tarkasti valitun keskusteluryhm\u00e4n keskustelupalstalle. Tulokset pohjautuvat\naineiston sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysiin. Aineistosta luokiteltiin ilmi\u00f6it\u00e4 yhteisiksi luokiksi, jotka teemoiteltiin\nsen mukaan, kuvaako luokka vieraan kielen opetuksessa huomioitavia ilmi\u00f6it\u00e4,\nsis\u00e4ll\u00f6n soveltamiskeinoja tai tieto- ja viestint\u00e4teknologian hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miskeinoja. Lopuksi\nteemat tyypiteltiin tutkimuskysymysten mukaisesti laajemmiksi k\u00e4sitteiksi.\n\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen mukaan erityisopettajat kokevat onnistumisen kokemuksia, kun oppijat\nosallistuvat vieraan kielen opiskeluun. Lis\u00e4ksi erityisopettajat kokevat onnistuneensa,\nkun pystyv\u00e4t tarjoamaan oppimisen tukea sit\u00e4 tarvitseville oppijoille. Erityisopettajat\nhy\u00f6dynt\u00e4v\u00e4t pedagogista sis\u00e4lt\u00f6tietoaan valitessaan oppimista tukevia teht\u00e4vi\u00e4 ja\ntoimintaa sek\u00e4 keskittyess\u00e4\u00e4n opetuksessa oppimisen kannalta t\u00e4rkeimpiin ydinaiheisiin.\nTieto- ja viestint\u00e4teknologia (TVT) mahdollistaa vieraan kielen opetuksen rikastamisen\ntarjoamalla vaihtoehtoista toimintaa sek\u00e4 materiaalia.\n\nTVT tarjoaa mahdollisuuden innostaa oppijoita opiskelemaan vierasta kielt\u00e4. Oppijan innostuksen\npuute vaikuttaa erityisopettajien mukaan vieraan kielen oppimiseen sek\u00e4 tuntity\u00f6skentelyyn.\nPelien rooli oppijan innostamisessa n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen perusteella\nt\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4, koska pelien avulla vieraan kielen aiheita voidaan k\u00e4sitell\u00e4 innostavalla\ntavalla. My\u00f6s v\u00e4lit\u00f6n palautteenantaminen ja oppijan itsearvioinnin mahdollisuus n\u00e4htiin\npelien t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 ominaisuutena. There have been found out from the experiences, what kind of subjects special\neducators observe when they are planning for their foreign language teaching and how\nthe observations affect to the way of apply content of foreign language or the way of use\nICT. This research focus on what kind of ICT and how special educators use it during\nteaching foreign language.\n\nThe data has been gathered using a web based questionary, which has been sent to\nthree different and carefully selected Facebook groups. The results have been created\nby using content analysis. There has been made groups and themes from the data, if\nthe different groups describe notable subjects, the ways of apply contents of foreign language\nor the ways of use ICT in teaching foreign language. Themes have been typed\naccording to research questions.\n\nThe special educators will get experiences of success when all learners in the group\nparticipate in the foreign language learning and when special educators are able to offer\nhelp to the learners who need help. Special educators use their pedagogical content\nknowledge to choose the best kind of exercises and focus to the most important subjects\nto support learning. Information and connections technology (ICT) gives opportunities\nand materials to enrich foreign language teaching.\n\nThe lack of enthusiasm to learn foreign language influences the learning and working\nduring the lessons. ICT offers opportunities to inspire learners to learn foreign language.\nThe results show that learning games have an important role to inspire foreign language\nlearners, because the subjects can be taught in the in inspirational way. The learning\ngames gives an instant feedback to learners and opportunity to learners to self-assessment,\nwhich are important features of learning games.
