T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n yrityksen nopeaa kasvua, born-global k\u00e4sitett\u00e4 ja teknologiayritysten kansainv\u00e4listymist\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n kyvykkyyden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. T\u00e4m\u00e4 gradu pyrkii vastaamaan kysymyksiin: mink\u00e4laisia kykyj\u00e4 ja taitoja vaaditaan teknologiakeskeisten kasvuyritysten ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ilt\u00e4, ja kuinka n\u00e4it\u00e4 kehitet\u00e4\u00e4n yrityksiss\u00e4. My\u00f6s nopean kasvun vaikutuksia henkil\u00f6st\u00f6\u00f6n k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n tutkimusongelmissa. Tutkimuksessa tutkittiin suomalaisia teknologiakeskeisi\u00e4 kasvuyrityksi\u00e4. Kokonaisuudessaan haastateltiin viiden eri yrityksen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6hallinnon ja johtotason edustajia heid\u00e4n n\u00e4kemyksist\u00e4\u00e4n edell\u00e4 mainittuihin aiheisiin. Sis\u00e4lt\u00f6analyysia k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 haastatteluista saatu data k\u00e4siteltiin ja johdettiin loogisiksi kokonaisuuksiksi. Global markets and escalating speed of new innovative solutions has provided an environment for new ventures to be born globals or to internationalize rapidly. Internationalization and even more naturally global operational environment enables companies to grow faster than previously and this has attracted new start-up companies into the markets. This study covers the topic of high growth, born globals and internationalization in technology companies from employee capability perspective. The research of this study answers questions of what kind of key capabilities and skills are required from employees in growth companies and how these skills and capabilities are developed. Also, impacts of high growth on employees is covered in this study.\nThe research setting was built on Finnish technology-intensive growth firms. In total, five HR and management level representatives were interviewed on their company\u2019s views on research questions. The data from interviews was transcribed and analyzed by using content analysis method. Theme mapping was used to create logical structures within the phenomenon. The main finding from the results was that high growth companies within the technology industry rely on their employees to be in personal responsibility of developing new skills. Company participation on developing skills and capabilities comes often in latter stage of high growth when HR structures are created.
