Wilma-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 on s\u00e4hk\u00f6isen viestinn\u00e4n v\u00e4line, jota on mahdollista hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 kodin ja koulun v\u00e4lisess\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4. Viestint\u00e4, t\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tapauksessa s\u00e4hk\u00f6inen viestint\u00e4, on yksi kodin ja koulun yhteisty\u00f6n muodoista. Kodin ja koulun yhteisty\u00f6ll\u00e4 tarkoitetaan t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa toimintaa, jonka tavoitteena on tukea lapsen kasvua ja kehityst\u00e4. Opettajan Wilmalla antama palaute n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n keinona tavoitteen saavuttamiseen. Tutkimus suoritettiin tapaustutkimuksena ja tutkimuksen kohteena olivat Porin kaupungin perusopetuksen 5.- ja 8. -luokkien opettajat ja huoltajat. S\u00e4hk\u00f6isesti toteutettuun kyselytutkimukseen osallistui 64 opettajaa ja 381 huoltajaa. Opettajien osalta vastausprosentti oli 42,4 ja huoltajien osalta 23,3. Tutkimustuloksista voidaan p\u00e4\u00e4tell\u00e4, ett\u00e4 opettajat k\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4t palautteen annon v\u00e4lineen\u00e4 ensisijaisesti tuntimerkint\u00f6j\u00e4. Tutkimuksen mukaan palautetta annetaan p\u00e4\u00e4asiassa p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4in tai viikoittain ja sit\u00e4 annetaan kaikille oppilaille. Kolmasosa opettajista arvioi kuitenkin antavansa palautetta enemm\u00e4n tukea tarvitseville kuin muille oppilaille. Tutkimukseen osallistuneiden opettajien oman arvion mukaan heid\u00e4n antamansa palaute on ensisijaisesti rakentavaa. Huoltajat olivat puolestaan sit\u00e4 mielt\u00e4, ett\u00e4 palaute on ensisijaisesti positiivista. Huoltajien kokemuksen mukaan tytt\u00f6jen ja poikien v\u00e4lill\u00e4 on kuitenkin eroa. Poikien huoltajat kokevat saavansa enemm\u00e4n negatiivista palautetta. Poikien huoltajat kokevat my\u00f6s tytt\u00f6jen huoltajia enemm\u00e4n negatiivisia tunteita palautteen luettuaan.\n\nSek\u00e4 opettajien ett\u00e4 huoltajien mielest\u00e4 palautteen t\u00e4rkeimpi\u00e4 ominaisuuksia ovat realistisuus ja kannustavuus. The Wilma-system is an electronic communication tool that can be used in home-school collaboration. Communication, in this case electronic communication, is a form of home-school collaboration. In this study home-school collaboration means activities that aim to support the growth and development of the child. The feedback given by teacher through Wilma-system is seen as a way to achieve the goal.\nThe study was conducted as a case study and focused on teachers and parents of the 5th and 8th grades of the Pori City primary education. The survey was conducted electronically. 64 teachers and 381 parents answered the survey. Teachers response rate was 42,4. Parents response rate was 23,3. From the results of the research it can be concluded that teachers use primarily hour markers when giving feedback. According to this study, feedback is given mainly on daily or weekly basis and its given to all students. However, one third of teachers estimate that they give more feedback to those who need support than to other students. The teachers who participated in the study considered that their feedback was primarily constructive. The parents felt that feedback was primarily positive. However, according to the experience of parents, there is a difference between boys and girls. The parents of the boys receive more negative feedback. The parents of the boys also feel more negative feelings after reading the feedback than the parents of the girls. Both teachers and parents consider realism and encouragement to be the most important attributes of feedback.
