This thesis explores a user experience of marketing automation communications from the customer's point of view. The research includes a literature review of the subject, followed by an empirical part. In the qualitative research, data is collected from the customers of the target organization. After collecting the data the results are analyzed. Finally, the research results are compared with the findings of the literature review. In addition, concrete development ideas are presented to the target organization regarding marketing automation communication.
