Tutkimus on osa 3-vuotista Voi hyvin koulussa / M\u00e5 bra i skolan -kehityshanketta, jonka toteuttivat Pohjanmaan Kriisikeskus Valo ja Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston psykologian laitos. Hankkeen tavoitteena on\nehk\u00e4ist\u00e4 ja v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4 kiusaamista sek\u00e4 vaikuttaa mielenterveytt\u00e4 edist\u00e4viin ja kiusaamista v\u00e4hent\u00e4viin arvoihin, asenteisiin ja toimintaan.\n\nTutkimukseen osallistui 37 oppilasta kolmesta l\u00e4nsisuomalaisesta alakoulusta. Heid\u00e4n sosioemotionaalista hyvinvointiaan mitattiin Vahvuudet ja Vaikeudet (engl. Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire; SDQ) -kyselyll\u00e4, jonka oppilaat t\u00e4yttiv\u00e4t ryhm\u00e4intervention alussa ja loputtua. Lis\u00e4ksi 26 oppilaan opettajat arvioivat oppilaitaan SDQ-kyselyll\u00e4. Oppilaiden kokemuksia kartoitettiin interventioiden lopuksi loppuhaastattelulomakkeilla.\n\nOma Juttu -ryhm\u00e4ss\u00e4 prososiaalinen k\u00e4yt\u00f6s sek\u00e4 kaverisuhteiden ongelmat kasvoivat tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4sti oppilaiden oman arvion mukaan. Magis-peliryhm\u00e4ss\u00e4 prososiaalinen k\u00e4yt\u00f6s v\u00e4heni opettajien arvion mukaan. Oppilaat\nolivat varsin tyytyv\u00e4isi\u00e4 Oma Juttu- ja Magis-peli-interventioihin, ja l\u00e4hes kaikki vastaajat suosittelisivat interventiota muille oppilaille mielell\u00e4\u00e4n.
