T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, eroaako ADHD-oireisten oppilaiden k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4t suoritusstrategiat ADHD-oireettomien oppilaiden suoritusstrategioista. Lis\u00e4ksi tarkasteltiin sukupuolen ja luokka-asteen yhteytt\u00e4 suoritusstrategiaan. Suoritusstrategioita tarkasteltiin erikseen oppimisorientaationa ja v\u00e4ltt\u00e4misorientaationa. Aineisto koostui ProKoulu ja Ty\u00f6rauha kaikille -hankkeessa ker\u00e4tyist\u00e4 aineistoista. Vastaajia oli yhteens\u00e4 2639. ADHD-oireisuuden yhteytt\u00e4 suoritusstrategioihin tutkittiin MANOVAn avulla. Kaksisuuntaisella MANOVAlla tutkittiin ADHD-oireisuuden ja sukupuolen yhteytt\u00e4 suoritusstrategioihin sek\u00e4 ADHDoireisuuden ja luokka-asteen yhteyt\u00e4 suoritusstrategioihin. ADHD-oireiset oppilaat olivat huomattavasti oireettomia enemm\u00e4n v\u00e4ltt\u00e4misorientoituneita ja v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n oppimisorientoituneita. Tulos oli sama riippumatta oppilaan sukupuolesta tai luokka-asteesta. Sek\u00e4 ADHD-oireisten ett\u00e4 oireettomien ryhmiss\u00e4 pojat olivat hieman tytt\u00f6j\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n oppimisorientoituneita ja yl\u00e4koululaiset olivat alakoululaisia enemm\u00e4n v\u00e4ltt\u00e4misorientoituneita sek\u00e4 hieman v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n oppimisorientoituneita. Tulosten perusteella ADHD-oireiset oppilaat pyrkiv\u00e4t siis v\u00e4lttelem\u00e4\u00e4n teht\u00e4vi\u00e4, mink\u00e4 voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 olevan yhteydess\u00e4 my\u00f6s ep\u00e4onnistumisten v\u00e4lttelyyn.
