Fyysisist\u00e4 ominaisuuksista nopeus korostuu erityisesti ohjelman hyppyjen vauhdinotoissa. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tarkoituksena on lis\u00e4t\u00e4 tietoa joukkuevoimistelun hyppyjen lajisuorituksessa tarvittavista nopeusominaisuuksista valmennuksen tueksi. Tutkielman tavoitteena oli tutkia joukkuevoimistelun tasaponnisteisen lajihypyn ponnistuksen kontaktiaikaa ja hypyn liikelaajuutta, sill\u00e4 onnistuneen lajisuorituksen perusedellytys on hypyn ilmalennon aikaisen muodon aikaansaaminen tehokkaasti. Tutkielmassa selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n ponnistuksen kontaktiajan merkitys hypyn korkeuteen, hypyn ilmalennon amplitudiin sek\u00e4 hypyn ilmalennon aikaisen maksimimuodon saavuttamisen nopeuteen. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa alaraajojen nivelkulman suuruudesta puhuttaessa k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n joukkuevoimistelussa yleisesti k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 olevaa termi\u00e4 amplitudi.\nTutkimukseen osallistui 63 joukkuevoimistelun naisten mestaruussarjassa voimistelevaa urheilijaa. Koehenkil\u00f6t suorittivat tasaponnisteisen harppaushypyn, josta mitattiin hyppykorkeus valokennojen avulla sek\u00e4 videoanalyysist\u00e4 hypyn amplitudi, ponnistuksen kontaktiaika ja hypyn ilmalennon aikaisen maksimiamplitudin saavuttamisen nopeus. Lis\u00e4ksi koehenkil\u00f6it\u00e4 mitattiin jalkojen passiivinen yliliikkuvuus ylispagaatista. \nTutkielman tuloksena hypyn ponnistuksen kontaktiajalla ei havaittu olevan merkityst\u00e4 hypyn korkeuteen eik\u00e4 hypyn amplitudiin. Sen sijaan ponnistuksen kontaktiaika vaikutti siihen, kuinka nopeasti koehenkil\u00f6t saivat n\u00e4ytetty\u00e4 maksimiamplitudin hypyn ilmalennon aikana; nopeammin ponnistavat voimistelijat saivat hypyn maksimimuodon valmiiksi nopeammin. Hyppykorkeuden ja hypyn ilmalennon aikaisen amplitudin v\u00e4lill\u00e4 havaittiin positiivinen korrelaatio, sill\u00e4 korkeammalle hypp\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t koehenkil\u00f6t saivat n\u00e4ytetty\u00e4 suuremman amplitudin hypyn ilmalennon aikana. Hypyn amplitudiin vaikuttaa lis\u00e4ksi liikkuvuus, ja notkeammat voimistelijoilla hypyn ilmalennon aikainen amplitudi oli suurempi.\nJohtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksen\u00e4 voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 ponnistuksen kontaktiajan nopeudella on vaikutus hypyn ilmalennon aikaisen maksimiamplitudin saavuttamisen nopeuteen. Athletes are required to obtain comprehensive and diverse physical skills to succeed in aesthetic group gymnastics. The importance of speed is elaborated especially during jumps and turns in the routines. The aim of this study is to increase knowledge on technical aspects of jumps to support coaches of aesthetic group gymnastics. This study examines speed as a success factor and how take-off\u2019s ground contact time impacts the jump height, the amplitude of the jump and how fast the gymnasts can perform their maximum amplitude during the jumps flight time. In this study amplitude means lower limbs\u2019 movement range.\nThe participants included 63 gymnasts from Finnish teams competing in the senior category. The subjects performed a split jump from two-foot take-off, of which their jump height was measured with photocells. The amplitude, take-off speed and the time from take-off to maximum amplitude in flight was analysed from video recording. In addition, subjects\u2019 flexibility was measured from over split. \nAs a result of this study, the take-off time did not influence the jump\u2019s height. However, the take-off time did influence the speed at which the maximum amplitude was obtained during the jump's flight time and the participants with faster take-off accomplished the maximum amplitude of the jump faster. Flexibility influences the jump's amplitude, the more flexible gymnasts had larger amplitude in their jump. Amplitude also correlates with jump height, and the subjects/participants with higher jumps showed larger amplitude in their jumps.\nAs a conclusion, take-off time does influence the speed of how fast the maximum amplitude can be accomplished during jump\u2019s flight time.
