Tutkielmassa käydään myös läpi asiakassegmentointiin vaikuttavia tekijöitä, kuten mobiilipelien ansaintamallit, sekä tavat, joilla operationaalinen asiakkuuksien hallinta kerryttää asiakasdataa. Tutkielma on toteutettu kirjallisuus katsauksena. Lähteinä on käytetty Google Scholar- ja IEEE Xplore -kirjastoista löydettyä tieteellistä materiaalia. Useiden lähteiden perusteella, analyyttisen asiakkuuksien hallinnan vahvuus mobiilipelien kehittämisessä on asiakaskunnan ja heidän tarpeidensa kartoittamisessa, sekä oikeanlaisen monetisaation -strategian valitsemisessa suhteessa valittuun asiakassegmenttiin. This bachelor’s thesis aims to elucidate the benefits of using analytical customer relationship management as part of mobile game’s development process. It intends to find an answer to the following question: “how can analytical customer relationship management help at mobile game development”. It also undergoes topics, such as customer segmentation, mobile game monetization techniques and how to collect customer data. This thesis is written in the form of a literature review using various scientific sources. The sources has been collected using Google Scholar and IEEE Xplore -libraries. According to these sources, the greatest benefit of using analytical customer relationship management, is in selecting the correct customer base for your organization and to understand their needs regarding mobile games.
