The purpose of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to find out possible advantages of using virtual reality in sports training. To answer the research question, advantages of using virtual reality in training purposes general, had to be researched first. After that, similarities between the two different uses were studied. Similar advantages were found for example in risk management, repetitions and in improving efficiency.
