Lis\u00e4ksi tarkastelimme interventioiden vaikuttavuutta koululaisten psykologiseen joustavuuteen ja koulukiusaamiseen. Magis-mobiilipeli ja Oma juttu -ryhm\u00e4t ovat osa Pohjanmaan Kriisikeskus Valon ja Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 toteuttamaa Hyv\u00e4 olla koulussa -hanketta. Tutkimukseen osallistui yhteens\u00e4 37 oppilasta 4.-6. luokilta kolmesta koulusta Vaasan seudulta syksyll\u00e4 2018. Osallistujat jaettiin kahteen ryhm\u00e4\u00e4n, joista toinen kokoontui kolmesti pelaamaan Magis-mobiilipeli\u00e4, ja toinen tapasi 4-8 hengen ryhmiss\u00e4 kuusi kertaa viikon v\u00e4lein keskustelemaan ja tekem\u00e4\u00e4n hyv\u00e4ksymis- ja omistautumisterapiaan pohjautuvia harjoituksia. Molempien ryhmien osallistujat saivat my\u00f6s pelata Magis-mobiilipeli\u00e4 vapaa-ajallaan. Tutkimuksessa tutkittiin osallistujien yleist\u00e4 el\u00e4m\u00e4nlaatua ja sosiaalista hyvinvointia Kid-KINDLR-mittarilla, psyykkist\u00e4 hyvinvointia ja ongelmak\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymist\u00e4 SDQ-Fin-mittarilla, psykologista joustavuutta AFQ-Y8-mittarilla, sek\u00e4 kiusaamista Kiusaaminen koulussa -mittarilla. Tulosten mukaan Magis-mobiilipelin pelaamisella ei ollut tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4\u00e4 vaikutusta tutkimuksessa tarkasteltuihin osa-alueisiin mill\u00e4\u00e4n k\u00e4ytetyist\u00e4 mittareista. Oma juttu -ryhm\u00e4\u00e4n osallistuminen lis\u00e4si koululaisten kaverisuhteiden ongelmia sek\u00e4 prososiaalista k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4sti. Osalla mittareista havaittiin pienen efektikoon rajan (g > 0.2) ylitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 tuloksia, jotka eiv\u00e4t kuitenkaan olleet tilastollisesti merkitsevi\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin tarkemmin niit\u00e4 Magis-ryhm\u00e4n oppilaita, jotka olivat alkumittauksissa raportoineet kokevansa runsaasti kiusaamista. Sek\u00e4 interventioiden ett\u00e4 mittausten toteutuksiin liittyi useita ongelmia, jotka voivat osaltaan selitt\u00e4\u00e4 tilastollisesti merkitsevien tulosten v\u00e4h\u00e4isyytt\u00e4.
