Sek\u00e4 selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 mitk\u00e4 hyv\u00e4\u00e4n johtajuuteen liitett\u00e4v\u00e4t ominaisuudet tai tekij\u00e4t edist\u00e4v\u00e4t kohdeorganisaatiossa johtamaan jatkuvaa muutostilannetta. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkielmassa on tarkoitus verrata, onko organisaation eri tasoilla olevien henkil\u00f6iden niin ylimm\u00e4n johdon, keskijohdon kuin alaisten v\u00e4lill\u00e4 erilaisia tai yhtenev\u00e4isi\u00e4 k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 johtajuudesta muutostilanteessa. \nTutkielman teoreettinen viitekehys on jaettu kahteen eri osaan: teorioihin, jotka voivat selitt\u00e4\u00e4 hyv\u00e4\u00e4 johtajuutta muutostilanteessa sek\u00e4 teorioihin, jotka mahdollistavat huonon johtajuuden tarkastelun muutostilanteessa. Lis\u00e4ksi hyv\u00e4n ja huonon johtajuusteorioiden lopuksi on tehty yhteenvedot, joissa esitell\u00e4\u00e4n aikaisempia tutkimuksia hyv\u00e4st\u00e4 ja huonosta johtajuudesta muutostilanteessa. Tutkielman aineisto pohjautuu Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston SALP-tutkimusryhm\u00e4n OP Ryhm\u00e4lle teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n tutkimushankkeeseen. Tutkielmassa k\u00e4ytett\u00e4v\u00e4 haastatteluaineisto koostuu 15:sta eri teemahaastattelusta, jotka muodostuvat viiden vuoden ajalta tehdyist\u00e4 haastatteluista vuosilta 2014-2018. \nSis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin ja teemoittelun avulla tutkielman aineistosta oli tunnistettavissa yhdeks\u00e4n teemaa, jotka liitet\u00e4\u00e4n muutostilanteessa sek\u00e4 hyv\u00e4ksi ett\u00e4 huonoksi johtajuusk\u00e4sitykseksi. Tuloksisissa oli havaittavissa, ett\u00e4 muutostilanteessa hyv\u00e4\u00e4n ja huonoon johtajuuteen liitett\u00e4vill\u00e4 teemoilla on yht\u00e4l\u00e4isyyksi\u00e4 tutkielman teoreettisessa viitekehyksess\u00e4 esiteltyjen johtajuusteorioiden kanssa. Haastateltavien tulkinnoissa korostui eritoten leadership-tyylinen johtaminen, joka saa ihmiset osallistettua muutokseen. Toisin sanoen muutostilanteessa hyv\u00e4ksi johtajuudeksi liitet\u00e4\u00e4n ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden osallistaminen ja tukeminen.
