Ta\u0308sta\u0308 syysta\u0308 toiminnanohjausja\u0308rjestelmien ka\u0308ytetta\u0308vyyden ja ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308kokemuksen tutkiminen ja mittaaminen on eritta\u0308in ta\u0308rkea\u0308a\u0308. Ka\u0308ytta\u0308jien kokemaan ja\u0308rjestelma\u0308n ka\u0308ytetta\u0308vyyteen ja ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308kokemukseen vaikuttaa monet eri asiat. Uuden ja\u0308rjestelma\u0308n ka\u0308ytetta\u0308vyyteen ja ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308kokemukseen voi vaikuttaa esimerkiksi se, miten ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308t suhtautuvat muutokseen. Ta\u0308ssa\u0308 tutkimuksessa tutkittiinkin kohdeyrityksen tyo\u0308ntekijo\u0308iden muutokseen suhtautumisen vaikutusta heida\u0308n kokemaan uuden ja\u0308rjestelma\u0308n ka\u0308ytetta\u0308vyyteen ja ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308kokemukseen. Lisa\u0308ksi tutkittiin sita\u0308, etta\u0308 miten muutokseen suhtautumisen erot na\u0308kyva\u0308t ka\u0308ytetta\u0308vyyden ja ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308kokemuksen eri osa-alueilla. Tutkimus suoritettiin laadullisena haastattelututkimuksena. Tutkimusaineisto koostui kymmenesta\u0308 kohdeyrityksen tyo\u0308ntekijo\u0308iden haastattelusta. Haastattelut analysoitiin teoriaohjaavan sisa\u0308llo\u0308nanalyysin avulla. Tutkimuksen tulokset osoittivat, etta\u0308 mita\u0308 positiivisemmin tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308t suhtautuivat muutokseen, sita\u0308 paremmaksi he kokivat ja\u0308rjestelma\u0308n ka\u0308ytetta\u0308vyyden ja ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308kokemuksen. Ta\u0308ma\u0308 sama ilmio\u0308 oli havaittavissa kaikilla ka\u0308ytetta\u0308vyyden ja ka\u0308ytta\u0308ja\u0308kokemuksen osa-alueilla. Joillakin osa-alueilla kyseinen ilmio\u0308 na\u0308kyi vahvemmin kuin toisilla. ERP systems integrate organizations\u2019 different processes and operations into one system. They can be a crucial part in the success of an organization. According to research ERP systems\u2019 usability and user experience are not at the level they should be. Because of this, studying and measuring usability and user experience of ERP systems is important. Usability and user experience of ERP systems are affected by numerous things. Usability and user experience of a new ERP system can be affected for example by the way how employees react to the new system. The object of this research was to study how employees\u2019 attitudes towards a new ERP system affected on their experiences of the usability and user experience of the new system. Another aim of this research was to study how the differences in employees\u2019 reactions towards the new system were visible in different fields of usability and user experience. This research was executed as a qualitative interview study. The data of this study was formed by interviewing 10 subjects from the target organization. The interviews were analyzed with a theory guided content analysis. The results of this study indicated that users with more positive attitude towards the change had more positive thoughts about the usability and user experience of the new system. This same phenomenon could be seen at all the fields of usability and user experience, though in some fields this phenomenon was more visible than in others. Thus, reaction to change influences how users experience the usability and user experience of a new ERP system.
