Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on\nkartoittaa laadullisten tekij\u00f6iden vaikutusta aikuisopiskelijoille asetettujen oppimistavoitteiden saavuttamisessa. Lis\u00e4ksi selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n miten opettaja voi muodostaa laadukkaan oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6n opiskelijoille, tukea oppimista oikeaaikaisella ja osaavalla ohjauksella sek\u00e4 verkko-opintojen suunnitteluty\u00f6ll\u00e4. Tutkimus tekee yhteenvetoa oppimiseen liittyvist\u00e4 muuttujista ja laadullisista tekij\u00f6ist\u00e4, joiden s\u00e4\u00e4tely vaikuttaa oppimistuloksiin. Tutkimuksen l\u00e4hestymistapana on teoreettinen tutkimus, jossa korostuvat kriittiset n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmat ja yhteenveto aiheeseen liittyvist\u00e4 aiemmista tutkimuksista. Tutkimuksessa pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n hahmottamaan selitt\u00e4vien tekij\u00f6iden vaikutuksia tutkimuskirjallisuuden pohjalta.\nTutkimus k\u00e4sittelee lis\u00e4ksi aikuista oppijana, verkkopedagogiikan perusteorioita ja luo katsauksen tarpeeseen muodostaa uutta tieteellist\u00e4 paradigmaa sek\u00e4\nteoriaa verkko-oppimisesta. Opettajan taustatiedot ja tiedollinen viitekehys\nvaikuttavat oppimateriaalien, verkko-opintojen, vuorovaikutuksen ja verkkooppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6n muodostumiseen. Verkko-oppimista ja osaamistavoitteiden\nsaavuttamista voidaan tukea soveltuvilla ohjaus- ja opetusmenetelmill\u00e4 sek\u00e4\nlaadukkaalla ennakointi- ja suunnitteluty\u00f6ll\u00e4. Oppijan kognitiivisen kapasiteetin s\u00e4\u00e4tely opiskelussa on merkityksellist\u00e4. Ei-strukturoitujen samanaikaisten\nteht\u00e4vien (multitasking) suorittaminen, sovellusten ja tietoverkon k\u00e4ytt\u00e4minen\nvaikuttavat opintosuorituksiin ja opintojen etenemiseen usein negatiivisesti.\nOhjauksella, itses\u00e4\u00e4telytekij\u00f6iden hallinnalla ja vuorovaikutuksella on merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 my\u00f6nteinen asema opiskelijan opintojen etenemisen kannalta. Tutkimus\nhahmottaa verkko-opetuksen strukturointia ja oppimistuloksiin vaikuttavia\ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 auttaen verkko-opintokokonaisuuksien suunnittelussa. The purpose of this study is\nto find out and define the qualitative factors affecting the achievement of the\ngoals of adult learners. This research also explains how teacher can form a highquality learning environment for students, how teacher can support learning\nwith right timing and settlement to provide guidance and designing e-learning.\nThe study summarizes the variables related to learning and qualitative factors,\nwhich affect the regulation of learning outcomes. The approach is theoretical\nresearch, which highlights and summarizes the critical aspects of different studies around the topic. The study aims to outline explanations based on previous\nresearch literature. The study also deals with the basic theories of andragogy\nand online pedagogy and offers an overview of the need to form a new scientific paradigm and theory of e-learning. Teacher\u00b4s background information and\ncognitive frame of reference affect the progress of learning materials, e-learning,\ninteraction and e-learning environment. The learner's regulation of cognitive\ncapacity is meaningful in learning. Performing non-structured multitasking,\nusing applications and internet will have usually negative influence on the progress of studies. Control, self-regulation and interaction play an important role\nin the student's progress of studies. The research also provides an indication of\nthe rational orientation of resources in structuring the online course and the\ndesign of online study modules to support the training organization and teachers. E-learning and the achievement of learning outcomes can be supported by\nappropriate guidance and teaching methods as well as high-quality anticipation\nand planning work. According to the learning outcomes set out in the presented\noperating models, teachers can pay more attention to the quality factors. The\nstudy outlines the structure of e-learning and the factors influencing learning\noutcomes, helping to design e-learning modules.
