T\u00e4m\u00e4n viitekehyksen perusteella kirjallisessa osassa perehdyt\u00e4\u00e4n koko luokan eriytt\u00e4mist\u00e4 tukeviin toimintamalleihin. Kirjallisessa osassa perehdyt\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s oppilaiden ja opettajien kokemuksiin eriytt\u00e4misest\u00e4 sek\u00e4 perehdyt\u00e4\u00e4n kemian opetuksen eriytt\u00e4misen erityispiirteisiin. \nKirjallisuudesta nousi esille koko luokan eriytt\u00e4misen merkitys inklusiivisen koulun p\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4rien saavuttamisessa. Kirjallisuudesta nousi my\u00f6s monia erilaisia toimintamalleja opettamisen eriytt\u00e4miseksi. N\u00e4it\u00e4 tapoja olivat muun muassa suoraopetus, samanaikaisopetus, yhteistoiminnallinen ty\u00f6skentely ja joustava ryhmittely sek\u00e4 vertaisoppiminen. Opetuksen eriytt\u00e4misess\u00e4 on paljon kaikkiin oppiaineisiin soveltuvia menetelmi\u00e4. Kuitenkin kemian opetuksessa eriytt\u00e4misess\u00e4 on monia erityispiirteit\u00e4. N\u00e4it\u00e4 ovat muun muassa kemian tiedon rakenne ja laboratorioissa ty\u00f6skentely. Opetusmenetelmien lis\u00e4ksi merkityksellist\u00e4 on my\u00f6s eriytt\u00e4mist\u00e4 tukeva oppimateriaali. Opetuksen eriytt\u00e4minen voi tuoda haasteita opettajalle, mutta opettajan asenne ja koulun toimintakulttuuri edesauttavat opetuksen eriytt\u00e4misen toteutumisessa. Lis\u00e4ksi opettajien v\u00e4linen yhteisty\u00f6 tukee opettajan eriytt\u00e4misty\u00f6t\u00e4. \nPro gradu -tutkielman kokeellisessa osassa on selvitetty haastattelututkimuksen avulla erityisopettajien ja kemianopettajien tapoja eriytt\u00e4\u00e4 kemian opetusta yl\u00e4koulussa opetusmenetelmien, arvioinnin ja opetusmateriaalin n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin my\u00f6s opettajien kokemuksia ja asenteita kemian opetuksen eriytt\u00e4misest\u00e4 sek\u00e4 erityisopettajien ja kemian opettajien ty\u00f6njaosta kemian opetuksen eriytt\u00e4misen toteuttamisessa yl\u00e4kouluissa. \nKokeellisen osan tulosten perusteella kaikki opettajat eriytt\u00e4v\u00e4t opetusta omalla tavallansa. Eriytt\u00e4minen riippui opettajasta ja opetusryhm\u00e4st\u00e4. Opettajilla oli monipuolisia eriytt\u00e4mist\u00e4 tukevia menetelmi\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4. N\u00e4m\u00e4 menetelm\u00e4t olivat pitk\u00e4lti samoja, joita kirjallisesta osasta nousi esille. Erityisopettajat ja aineenopettajat k\u00e4yttiv\u00e4t kemian opetuksen eriytt\u00e4miseen osittain erilaisia menetelmi\u00e4. Kemian opetuksen yhteydess\u00e4 kemianopettajat ja erityisopettaja tekiv\u00e4t yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 melko v\u00e4h\u00e4n, sill\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4paino yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oli matematiikan opetuksessa.
