Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin lis\u00e4ksi vanhempien mielipiteit\u00e4 kokonaiskoulup\u00e4iv\u00e4st\u00e4, miss\u00e4 harrastukset tapahtuisivat koulup\u00e4iv\u00e4n aikana.\nAineisto ker\u00e4ttiin m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llisen\u00e4 kyselytutkimuksena Webropol \u2013 kyselyohjelmistoa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en syksyll\u00e4 2018. Kysely l\u00e4hetettiin 232:lle Orimattilan 8. luokkalaisen huoltajalle, joista 43 vastasi kyselyyn. Vastausm\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 kyselytutkimuksessa j\u00e4i pieneksi ja tutkimuksen tulokset j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t arvailujen varaan.\nTulosten perusteella Orimattilan 8. luokkalaiset harrastavat ohjattua liikuntaa vaihtelevasti, kyselytutkimuksen nuorista 35 (81,4%) harrasti ohjattua liikuntaa v\u00e4hint\u00e4\u00e4n kerran viikossa ja 8:lla (18,6%) ei ollut lainkaan liikuntaharrastuksia. Viikoittain liikuntaharrastuskertoja oli keskim\u00e4\u00e4rin 2,21 kertaa koko joukkoa tarkasteltaessa ja 34,9%:lla harrastuskertoja oli 4 tai enemm\u00e4n. Vastausten perusteella nuori harrastaa liikuntaa, koska haluaa sit\u00e4 itse ja suurimpana motivoijana toimivat harrastuksissa olevat kaverit. 39,53% vastaajista arvioivat t\u00e4m\u00e4n t\u00e4rkeimm\u00e4ksi tekij\u00e4ksi harrastamisen motivaattoreista kysytt\u00e4ess\u00e4. 35,9%:lla nuorista on harrastukseen matkaa yli 20km ja kuljetus hoituu p\u00e4\u00e4asiassa vanhempien omilla autoilla.\nTutkimuksen perusteella voidaan varovasti p\u00e4\u00e4tell\u00e4, ett\u00e4 paljon harrastavien lasten vanhemmat kokevat yhdess\u00e4 kulkemisen ja tekemisen perheen yhteiseksi ajaksi eiv\u00e4tk\u00e4 arvota samaan tapaan yhteisi\u00e4 ruokailuhetki\u00e4 tai kiireet\u00f6nt\u00e4 arkea kotona kuin v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n harrastavien lasten vanhemmat. Tulosten valossa paljon harrastavien perheiden vanhemmat jaksavat arjessa hieman paremmin kuin ne vanhemmat, joiden nuoret harrastavat v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n. On vaikea vet\u00e4\u00e4 johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6st\u00e4 siit\u00e4, miten kokonaiskoulup\u00e4iv\u00e4 vaikuttaisi lasten harrastamiseen tai perheiden jaksamiseen.\nOrimattilaan toivottaisiin kuitenkin lis\u00e4\u00e4 liikuntaharrastusmahdollisuuksia sek\u00e4 koulun yhteyteen ett\u00e4 yleens\u00e4kin, ja n\u00e4ihin koulutettuja ohjaajia, joilla on lajin substanssiosaamista. Yli puolet vastaajista uskoivat, ett\u00e4 heid\u00e4n nuorensa osallistuisivat koulup\u00e4iv\u00e4n aikana j\u00e4rjestett\u00e4viin harrastuksiin/harjoituksiin, mik\u00e4li niit\u00e4 ohjaisi lajin ammattilainen eik\u00e4 opettaja.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "Purpose of this study was to find out how much physical activitity are 8. graders in Orimattila doing, and to know how families experience their everyday life and do they have enough time to be together. Another subject in this study was to get knowledge of how parent are thinking about flexible school day where hobbies would happen during the school day.\nThe material was collected in autumn 2018 as a quantitative case study using Webropol \u2013 soft-ware. The study was sent to 232 Orimattila\u2019s 8. graders guardian, 43 of them answered. Because of the low amount of answers in this study, are these results only passable.\nThe results showed that 8. graders in Orimatttila do physical activity very variable. 35 (81,4%) of them had an instructed physical hobby at least once a week and 8 of them (18,6%) didn\u2019t have any physical hobbies at all. In weekly basis physical activity times were in average 2,21 times comparing whole group and 34,9% had training 4 times or more per week. What came up was that adolecent does ecercise because of their own will and the biggest motivation comes from friends that are in same group. 39,53% of answerers said that friends are the most im-portant fact of why their adolecent is motivated in sports. 35,9% had over 20km distance from home to practise place and their way to get there are mostly parents with their own car or sharing ride with friends families.\nBased on this study can be carefully concluded that parents whose children practise often feels that driving to practise place together and doing things which helps their children there are their quality time. It seems that they don\u2019t value everyday dinners with whole family or stressless evenings at home very high. The result shows in fact that parents whose families have lots of hobbies do better in everyday life than parents whose children have less hobbies. It\u2019s hard to conclude how flexible school day would affect childrens enthusiasm in sports and other hobbies and how would it appear with family well-being.\nWhat came up as a fact is that more psysical activity apportunities are needed in Orimattila, both included in schooldays and in general. And it is hoped that those practises would lead someone who has substanceknowledge of that certain sport or instrument.
