Tuoreena tutkimusaiheena 2000-luvulle tultaessa on ollut digitalisaation vaikutus arviointiin. Nykyisin arviointi on erottamaton osa koulun arkea.\n\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 opettajien kokemuksia digitaalisten ty\u00f6kalujen, kuten sovellusten, ohjelmien ja internetsivustojen, k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 arvioinnin apuna. Vaikka kyseisi\u00e4 ty\u00f6kaluja on jo jonkin aikaa k\u00e4ytetty kouluissa, niiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 arvioinnissa on yleistynyt vasta uuden opetussuunnitelman my\u00f6t\u00e4. \n\nTutkimus toteutettiin p\u00e4\u00e4osin laadullisen tutkimuksen l\u00e4hestymistapaa, fenomenologiaa soveltaen, mink\u00e4 lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa hy\u00f6dynnettiin m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llisi\u00e4 menetelmi\u00e4. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin haastattelemalla yhdeks\u00e4\u00e4 peruskoulun opettajaa sek\u00e4 kolmea digitaalisten ty\u00f6kalujen kehitt\u00e4j\u00e4\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi osana tutkimusta tehtyyn s\u00e4hk\u00f6iseen kyselyyn osallistui 80 vastaajaa. P\u00e4\u00e4paino tutkimuksessa oli opettajien haastatteluilla.\n\nOpettajien kokemuksista keskeisin\u00e4 teemoina nousivat esiin arvioinnin muutos kohti jatkuvaa arviointia, oppilaiden aktiivinen rooli ja ty\u00f6kalujen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n ja k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoon liittyv\u00e4t hy\u00f6dyt sek\u00e4 haasteet. Lis\u00e4ksi keskeist\u00e4 oli opettajien rooli arvioinnissa ja digitaalisten ty\u00f6kalujen k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4.\n\nMuutoksen teema nousi esille niin kirjallisuudessa kuin aineistossakin: oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6t ovat nykyisin hybridisi\u00e4 ja suomalaiskouluissa k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n otettu uusi opetussuunnitelma korostaa tulevaisuuden taitoja (21st century skills) sek\u00e4 oppimisen prosessiluonnetta, mik\u00e4 vaikuttaa my\u00f6s arviointiin.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "The purpose of this research was to study teacher\u2019s experiences on deploying digital tools to assessment. Although applications and internet pages have already been used in schools for a decade, digital tools have been deployed in classrooms mainly during the new national curriculum in Finland.\n\nEmpirical data was collected via interviews of nine comprehensive school teachers and three digital tool developers. This was complemented with survey data collected from 80 respondents using a digital survey. Phenomenology and mixed methods were used to analyse the data. Focus of the research was on the teacher interviews.\n\nThe main themes rising from the teachers\u2019 experiences were the change towards continuous assessment, active role of the students as well as advantages and challenges related to use and adoption of assessment tools. In addition, teachers had a central role in assessment and in using the digital tools.\n\nChange was an important theme both in research literature and in the data collected.
