Gripsholmsskolan \u00e4r en rikssvensk skola som valt att uppm\u00e4rksamma h\u00e4lsa ur olika synvinklar i skolvardagen. Vidare unders\u00f6ktes hur h\u00e4lsoprofilen uppkom och utvecklades. \u00c4ven l\u00e4rarnas upplevelser av h\u00e4lsoprofilen presenteras. Gripsholmsskolan \u00e4r en friskola som startade sin verksamhet i augusti 2009. Skolan \u00e4r bel\u00e4gen i Mariefred som ligger ungef\u00e4r 60 kilometer sydv\u00e4st om Stockholm. Den h\u00e4r unders\u00f6kningen kan bidra till nya tankes\u00e4tt kring utvecklingen till en mer h\u00e4lsofr\u00e4mjande skola.\nUnders\u00f6kningen \u00e4r av kvalitativ karakt\u00e4r och unders\u00f6kningsmetoden som anv\u00e4nts \u00e4r semistrukturerade temaintervjuer. Pilotunders\u00f6kningen utf\u00f6rdes i januari 2017. Intervjuerna utf\u00f6rdes under tidsperioden januari- mars 2017. Sammanlagt deltog fem l\u00e4rare i unders\u00f6kningen som jobbat l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 skolan eller jobbar mycket med h\u00e4lsoprofilen. Utg\u00e5ende fr\u00e5n intervjuerna skapades passande huvudkategorier och fr\u00e5n huvudkategorierna skapades underkategorier.\nGripsholmsskolan har genom \u00e5ren utvecklat fysiska, psykiska och sociala \u00f6vningar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra h\u00e4lsan i skolvardagen. Alla respondenter \u00e4r s\u00e4kra p\u00e5 att h\u00e4lsoprofilen har goda effekter f\u00f6r eleverna och p\u00e5verkar skolan positivt. Enligt respondenterna har h\u00e4lsoprofilen gjort att eleverna \u00e4r relativt stabila, f\u00e5r en inblick i vad som \u00e4r sunt och osunt, f\u00e5r utlopp f\u00f6r sin energi, eleverna blir mentalt starka och \u00e4r mera koncentrerade. Dessutom p\u00e5verkas det sociala klimatet positivt. Tre respondenter n\u00e4mner att vissa elever klagat \u00f6ver pulstr\u00e4ningen eftersom de anser den vara on\u00f6dig och stressande.\nSom utvecklingsf\u00f6rslag till h\u00e4lsoprofilen n\u00e4mndes att riktlinjerna till personalen kunde vara b\u00e4ttre. Dessutom anses ansvaret f\u00f6r \u00e4ventyrsdagarna kunna f\u00f6rdelas p\u00e5 flera l\u00e4rare. Det som i unders\u00f6kningen n\u00e4mndes som orsaker till att Gripsholmsskolan lyckats med sin h\u00e4lsoprofil \u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrarnas st\u00f6d, st\u00f6d av sakkunniga, samarbete inom personalen och att lyssna p\u00e5 eleverna.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "The purpose of this Master \u0301s thesis was to describe what is included in the Gripsholms School\u2019s health profile. Gripsholms School is a Swedish school that has chosen to emphasize health in different ways in the school environment. The origin and development of the health profile was investigated. The teachers' experiences of the health profile are also presented. Gripsholms School is a school that was founded in August 2009. The school is located in Mariefred, which is approximately 60 kilometers southwest of Stockholm. This research can conduce new ways of thinking when it comes to developing school health programs.\nThe research is of a qualitative nature and the research method used is semistructured theme interviews. The pilot study was conducted in January 2017. The interviews were conducted during the period January-March 2017. A total of five teachers with experience of the health profile participated in the research. On the basis of the interviews, main categories were created and from these, subcategories were created.\nThrough out the years, Gripsholmsskolan has developed physical, psychological and social exercises to improve health in the school. All respondents are certain that the health profile has a positive effect on the students and the school. The students are more balanced, the students learn about what is healthy and unhealthy, they may release some energy, they become mentally stronger and are more concentrated. In addition, the social atmosphere is in a positive way affected. Three respondents mention students complaining about heart rate training, because they consider it to be unnecessary and stressful.\nAs a suggestion for development of the health profile, it was mentioned that the guidelines for the staff could be better. In addition, the responsibility for the adventure days is recommended to be divided among several teachers.
