Lis\u00e4ksi tutkittiin taustatekij\u00f6iden mahdollista yhteytt\u00e4 arviointeihin. Eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin teoreettisena viitekehyksen\u00e4 toimii Kapteinin (2008) kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4 hyvemalli (Corporate Ethical Virtues), josta tutkimukseen valittiin DeBoden ym. (2013) lyhennetty kyselyversio (Corpotate Ethical Virtues Model Scale ShortForm). Moraalisen lujuuden mittaamiseen k\u00e4ytettiin Hannahin ja Avolion (2010) luomaa MPQ- kysely\u00e4 (Moral Potency Questionnaire). Huippu-urheiluorganisaatioita ovat t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa organisaatiot, jotka tekev\u00e4t ty\u00f6t\u00e4 edist\u00e4\u00e4kseen huippu- urheilua tai ovat huippu-urheilun kanssa aktiivisesti tekemisiss\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 pro gradu -tutkielma toimii osana Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston ja LIKES:n MORE- hanketta. Tutkimuksessa on mukana 35 organisaatiota kolmelta eri sektorilta. Kyselyn vastaajam\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 oli 156. Vastaajista 42,3% oli naisia ja 57,7% miehi\u00e4. Suurimman ik\u00e4luokan muodostivat yli 51-vuotiaat vastaajat. Kysely toteutet- tiin vuosina 2016-2017 Webropol-kyselyll\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6postijakelun kautta. Tulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 suomalaiset huippu-urheiluorganisaatiot arvioivat eettisen organisaatiokulttuurin sek\u00e4 moraalisen lujuuden melko positiivisesti ja vastaajien taustatekij\u00e4t ovat yhteydess\u00e4 arvioihin. Organisaatiot antoivat eettisen organi- saatiokulttuurin toteutettavuuden hyveelle korkeimmat ja l\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvyyden ja toiminnan seurausten hyveille heikoimmat arviot. Moraalisen lujuuden osa- alueista moraalinen omistajuus sai parhaimmat ja moraalinen rohkeus heikoimmat arviot. Tutkimukseni tarjoaa apua suomalaisien huippu- urheiluorganisaatioiden eettiseen kehitt\u00e4miseen tuomalla uusia n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia ja kehitysideoita.
