Ty\u00f6hyvinvointia on tutkittu paljon viime vuosikymmenin\u00e4 mutta tutkimuksissa on p\u00e4\u00e4asiallisesti keskitytty suuriin ja vakiintuneisiin yrityksiin. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 tutkimuksella pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n selvitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n, mitk\u00e4 tekij\u00e4t vaikuttavan kasvuyrityksen ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden hyvinvointiin ja miten ty\u00f6hyvinvointia kehitet\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4llaisessa yrityksess\u00e4.\n\nTy\u00f6hyvinvointia tarkastellaan seitsem\u00e4st\u00e4 eri n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta: yksil\u00f6n, ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n, osaamisen, johtamisen, ty\u00f6n, organisaation sek\u00e4 sen ulkopuolisten tekij\u00f6iden kannalta. Lis\u00e4ksi teoreettinen viitekehys k\u00e4sittelee ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6hyvinvointia kasvuyrityksiss\u00e4. \n\nTutkimus on luonteeltaan laadullista ja sill\u00e4 pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n sek\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin ilmi\u00f6t\u00e4 kasvuyrityksess\u00e4 ett\u00e4 aikaansaamaan muutosta kohdeyrityksen ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden hyvinvoinnissa kehitt\u00e4v\u00e4n tutkimuksen keinoin. Tutkimuksen kohteena on yksi yritys, joten sit\u00e4 voidaan pit\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s tapaustutkimuksena. Aineisto on ker\u00e4tty kohdeyrityksest\u00e4 nelj\u00e4ss\u00e4 eri keskustelutilaisuudessa, joista ensimm\u00e4isess\u00e4 oli l\u00e4sn\u00e4 26 henkil\u00f6\u00e4 yrityksest\u00e4 ja kolmessa muussa kolme tai nelj\u00e4 henkil\u00f6\u00e4. Ensimm\u00e4isten ja viimeisten tilaisuuksien v\u00e4liss\u00e4 on noin nelj\u00e4 kuukautta, jolloin on voitu tarkastella t\u00e4n\u00e4 aikana tapahtuneita muutoksia. Keskusteluista nauhoitettu aineisto on litteroitu. Lis\u00e4ksi aineistona on k\u00e4ytetty kahta kysely\u00e4. Aineistoa on analysoitu sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin keinoin. Aineisto on ensin pelkistetty, sitten ryhmitelty ja n\u00e4iden ryhmien perusteella on luotu k\u00e4sitteit\u00e4, jotka kuvaavat kasvuyrityksen ty\u00f6hyvinvointiin vaikuttavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4. \n\nAineistosta nousi esille seitsem\u00e4n eri ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin osa-aluetta, jotka olivat merkitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 kohdeyrityksen ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden hyvinvoinnille: viestint\u00e4, roolit ja rakennemuutokset, koulutus ja perehdytt\u00e4minen, ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n ilmapiiri, ty\u00f6sopimukset, ty\u00f6n tekemisen tavat sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin kehitt\u00e4minen. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa on tarkasteltu, miten n\u00e4it\u00e4 tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 on pyritty kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n tutkimuksen aikana. \n\nTuloksien perusteella on huomattavaa, ett\u00e4 yrityksess\u00e4 tapahtuvalla muutokselle on suuri vaikutus ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden hyvinvointiin. Jatkuvan muutoksen vuoksi yrityksess\u00e4 pit\u00e4\u00e4kin pyrki\u00e4 jatkuvasti l\u00f6yt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n keinoja sopeutua t\u00e4h\u00e4n muutokseen ja toisaalta luoda selkeit\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteit\u00e4 vaihtuviin tilanteisiin.
