Mielenkiinnon kohteena oli lis\u00e4ksi se, kuinka asiakaskokemus ilmenee ja muodostuu B2B-kohdeyrityksiss\u00e4 ja mit\u00e4 hy\u00f6tyj\u00e4 asiakaskokemuksen systemaattisella johtamisella voidaan saavuttaa. P\u00e4\u00e4teemojen, asiakaskokemuksen muodostumisen sek\u00e4 asiakaskokemuksen johtamisen ymp\u00e4rille rakennettu teoreettinen viitekehys syntyi yhdistelem\u00e4ll\u00e4 aiemman aiheita k\u00e4sittelev\u00e4n tutkimuksen keskeisimpi\u00e4 elementtej\u00e4.\n\nTutkimus on laadullinen tapaustutkimus. Tutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kuudessa t\u00e4t\u00e4 tutkimusta varten suoritetussa puolistrukturoidussa teemahaastattelussa, kolmesta eri B2B-kohdeyrityksest\u00e4 ja analysoitiin kvalitatiivisia tutkimusmetodeja hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en.\n\nTulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 asiakaskokemus ilmenee B2B-yrityksiss\u00e4 strategisesti t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 ulottuvuutena, joka muodostuu kaikessa asiakkaan ja yrityksen v\u00e4lisess\u00e4 vuorovaikutuksessa ja on l\u00e4sn\u00e4 organisaation kaikissa osa-alueissa ja toiminnoissa. Haastattelututkimuksen perusteella asiakaskokemuksen johtamisen merkitys organisaatioille on laaja-alaisesti tunnustettu. Asiakaskokemuksen johtaminen n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n jatkuvana, systemaattista kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4, mittaamista sek\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n sitoutumista vaativana prosessina, joka parhaimmillaan palkitsee yrityksen sek\u00e4 aineettomin ett\u00e4 taloudellisen eduin.
