Suurin osa ihmisist\u00e4 on joskus kokenut ujouden tunnetta. Mutta mit\u00e4 ujous todellisuudessa on? Kandidaatintutkielmassani tutkin, mit\u00e4 ujous on, miten ujous n\u00e4kyy ja millaisia vaikutuksia ujoudella voi olla. Ujo oppilas on usein vet\u00e4ytyv\u00e4, v\u00e4h\u00e4puheinen eik\u00e4 tee itsest\u00e4\u00e4n numeroa. H\u00e4n kaihtaa n\u00e4kyv\u00e4ksi tulemista, koska pelk\u00e4\u00e4 paljastuvansa tyhm\u00e4ksi tai taitamattomaksi. \n\nKoska introverttius ja ujous liitet\u00e4\u00e4n usein toisiinsa, m\u00e4\u00e4rittelen ensin termin introvertti, jonka alak\u00e4sitteeksi lasken ujouden. Yksil\u00f6n persoona ja temperamentti vaikuttavat siihen, miten yksil\u00f6 kokee maailman, miten reagoi asiohin ja miten h\u00e4n on vuorovaikutuksessa muihin yksil\u00f6ihin. K\u00e4sittelen t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa Thomasin ja Chessin (1977), Bussin ja Plominin (1975) sek\u00e4 Kaganin (1989) temperamenttiteorioita. Temperamentti kuvastaa yksil\u00f6n ominaista tapaa reagoida asiohin tai tilanteisiin. Teorioista tutkin enemm\u00e4n niit\u00e4 temperamenttipiirteit\u00e4, jotka mielest\u00e4ni ovat yhteydess\u00e4 ujouteen. Rajaan tutkielman koskemaan pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n yl\u00e4koulua. Murrosik\u00e4iset opetuksen kohderyhm\u00e4n\u00e4 kiinnostavat minua erityisesti.\n\nUjos vaikuttaa sosiaalisiin suhteisiin. Mit\u00e4 sosiaalisilla suhteilla oikeastaan edes tarkoitetaan ja mit\u00e4 hyv\u00e4t sosiaaliset taidot ovat? N\u00e4ihin etsin vastauksia. Lis\u00e4ksi pohdin, mit\u00e4 ryhm\u00e4dynamiikka on ja voiko opettaja esimerkill\u00e4\u00e4n saada ujon oppilaan osallistumaan.\n\nPerusopetuksen opetussuunnitelma 2014 t\u00e4ht\u00e4\u00e4 oppilaiden tasa-arvoiseen kohteluun ja arviointiin. Erilaiset oppijat tulisi ottaa opetuksessa huomioon. Opetussuunnitelmassa on kuitenkin m\u00e4\u00e4ritelty kullekin oppiaineelle asetetut tavoitteet, jotka t\u00e4yttyminen t\u00e4ytyy ottaa huomioon arvioinnissa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 saattaa asettaa erilaisten oppijoiden ja tavoitteiden v\u00e4lille ristiriidan, jota voi olla opettajan hankala ratkaista.\n\nTutkin aihetta kirjallisuuskatsauksena.
