Na\u0308iden tekoa\u0308lyn tarjoamien teknologioiden ka\u0308ytto\u0308 mahdollistaa huomattavia taloudellisia etuja kilpailijoihin na\u0308hden, jotka eiva\u0308t ole viela\u0308 tekoa\u0308lya\u0308 hyo\u0308dynta\u0308neet. Ta\u0308ma\u0308 kandidaatintutkielma ka\u0308sittelee aiheita, jotka ovat relevantteja organisaatioille seka\u0308 asioita ja ongelmia, joita tulee ottaa huomioon tekoa\u0308lyja\u0308rjestelmia\u0308 ka\u0308ytto\u0308o\u0308n otettaessa. Na\u0308ita\u0308 aiheita ovat muun muassa tekoa\u0308lyyn liittyva\u0308t investoinnit ja niihin liittyva\u0308t asiat seka\u0308 ihmisten ja organisaatioiden sisa\u0308inen suhtautuminen tekoa\u0308lyn kanssa toimimiseen. Tutkielma on toteutettu kirjallisuuskatsauksena ja sen tutkimuskysymys on, kuinka tekoa\u0308lya\u0308 voidaan hyo\u0308dynta\u0308a\u0308 myyntiorganisaation tyo\u0308kaluna. Kirjallisuuskatsaus toteutettiin etsima\u0308lla\u0308 keskeisimpia\u0308 tekoa\u0308lyyn ja sen myyntiorganisaatioille tarjoamiin mahdollisuuksiin liittyvia\u0308 la\u0308hteita\u0308. Na\u0308ista\u0308 la\u0308hteista\u0308 saatuja tuloksia pohditaan tutkielmassa niin positiivisista kuin negatiivisistakin na\u0308ko\u0308kulmista myynnin kehitta\u0308miselle. Tutkielma tarjoaa kolme erilaista myyntia\u0308, markkinointia ja asiakaspalvelua parantavaa ja tehostavaa konkreettista ka\u0308ytto\u0308kohdetta, jotka ovat chatbot, puhetta tunnistava tekoa\u0308ly seka\u0308 informaation hallinta. Na\u0308ma\u0308 ka\u0308ytto\u0308kohteet valikoituivat niiden ajankohtaisuuden ja niiden tarjoamien monipuolisten myyntia\u0308 kehitta\u0308vien mahdollisuuksien vuoksi. Na\u0308iden ka\u0308ytto\u0308kohteiden avulla organisaatiot kykeneva\u0308t muun muassa tuottamaan personoitua palvelua, kohdennettua markkinointia, ra\u0308a\u0308ta\u0308lo\u0308ityja\u0308 tuotteita ja palveluita, tehostettua asiakaspalvelua seka\u0308 nopeutettuja myynti- ja palvelukohtaamisia. Na\u0308iden hyo\u0308tyjen lisa\u0308ksi yritykset kykeneva\u0308t muun muassa va\u0308henta\u0308ma\u0308a\u0308n kulujaan esimerkiksi tyo\u0308voiman suhteen keskitta\u0308ma\u0308lla\u0308 ihmistyo\u0308ta\u0308 vaikeampiin aiheisiin, parantamaan tulostaan kehittyneemma\u0308n markkinoinnin ja myynnin avulla seka\u0308 parantamaan asiakastyytyva\u0308isyytta\u0308 onnistuneiden vuorovaikutteisten tapahtumien kautta. Many organizations are planning to use or already use artificial intelligence in their customer service and sales. The use of these AI technologies enable substantial economical advantages compared to rival businesses that haven\u2019t yet adopted the use of AI. This bachelor\u2019s thesis covers subjects that are relevant to organizations such as notes about artificial intelligence investments and subjects that need to be considered when adopting the use of artificial intelligence such as opinions of people about artificial intelligence in general. The thesis is carried out as a literature review and the research question for the thesis is how artificial intelligence can be used as a tool for sales organizations. The literature review was executed by searching different references that are about artificial intelligence and how it can be used to improve sales and customer service of different sales organizations. The results found were considered from both, positive and negative aspects. The bachelor\u2019s thesis provides three usable solutions for organizations to enhance their sales and customer service and describes some main problems and things to consider when using or planning to adopt the use of them. These solutions were chosen because of their topicality and the multiple opportunities they present to sales organizations. These solutions are chatbot, voice recognizing artificial intelligence and data management. With all of these solutions organizations are capable of providing personalized services, targeted marketing, tailored products and services, enhanced customer experiences and accelerated response times. In addition to all of these advantages organizations can benefit from lowered costs by decreasing the number of staff and focusing workforce on more difficult subjects, increased incomes via marketing and sales and better customer satisfaction. As negative side effects organizations still need to consider things such as expensive investments with long-term return of investment, integration, capability and functionality problems, false expectations and lowered morale from customers and employees\u2019.
