Kirjallisuuskatsauksena toteutetussa tutkimuksessa tutkitaan tarkemmin sosiaalisen median rakenteita, asiakaskokemuksen muodostumista ja perinteisen asiakassuhteiden hallinnan ja sosiaalisen median tarjoamien palveluiden integroimista vastaamaan paremmin uudenlaisen kuluttajatyypin tarpeita. Tutkimustulokset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 kuluttajien sosiaalisessa mediassa k\u00e4ym\u00e4 keskustelu, sek\u00e4 heid\u00e4n siell\u00e4 julkaisema sis\u00e4lt\u00f6 voi olla yrityksille arvokasta. That provides new challenges and opportunities\nfor development of business strategies. This thesis examines the opportunities\nto B2C \u2013companies to exploit social media services in customer relationship\nmanagement. In this literature review, we study the structure of social media,\nthe development of customer experience and the integration of traditional customer\nrelationship management. In addition, we study the ways to exploit social\nmedia services to meet better the needs of a new type of consumer.
