Teko\u00e4ly on nostanut suosiotaan varsinkin yritysmaailmassa viime vuosina valtavasti ja sen suosio on noussut my\u00f6s osaamisen hallinnassa ja rekrytoinnissa. Yritysten osaamisen hallintaan, joka tarkoittaa yrityksen henkisen omaisuuden koko-naisvaltaista hallintaa, kuuluu isona osana rekrytointi ja se on yleisesti hyvin paljon aikaa ja rahaa viev\u00e4 prosessi. Rekrytointiprosessiin kuuluu muun muassa vaatimusten m\u00e4\u00e4rittely, ty\u00f6nhakijakandidaattien houkuttelu, ty\u00f6haastattelut sek\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksen tekeminen. Perinteisess\u00e4 rekrytoinnissa kaikki tehd\u00e4\u00e4n manuaalisesti ja ihmiset ovat vastuussa kaikista p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksist\u00e4. Teko\u00e4ly\u00e4 on kuitenkin mahdollista k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 tehokkaana apuv\u00e4lineen\u00e4 osaamisen hallinnassa ja rekrytoinnissa. Osaamisen hallinnassa teko\u00e4lytekniikat voivat luoda esimerkiksi koko yrityksen tai tietyn yksik\u00f6n sis\u00e4isi\u00e4 osaamiskarttoja, joiden avulla osaamista on helpompi seurata ja hallita. Tutkimuksen tulosten perusteella teko\u00e4lyn k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 rekrytoinnissa on hyvin kannattavaa yrityksille. Teko\u00e4lytekniikat voivat tehd\u00e4 esimerkiksi esivalintoja suuresta hakijajoukosta tiettyjen perusteiden perusteella sek\u00e4 analysoida ty\u00f6nhakijoiden videohakemuksia. Artificial intelligence has influenced the organizations and companies a lot in recent years and lately it has also become a part of knowledge management and recruitment. Knowledge management is the overall management of company\u2019s human capital. A big part of it is recruitment, which usually takes lot of time and money. Recruitment process includes inter alia demand specification, the temptation of job applicants, job interviews and the decision making. In traditional recruitment process everything is made manually and humans are responsible for all decisions. However, it is possible to use artificial intelligence as an effective tool in knowledge management and recruitment. In knowledge management artificial intelligence technologies can create knowledge maps for certain company and due to that companies can more easily manage the knowledge inside a company. Based on the results of this literature review, the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment is very profitable for companies. The technologies of artificial intelligence can for example do the prequalification from a big quantity of applicants based on specific criteria. Those technologies can also analyze the video interviews of job applicants. Previous researches also showed that there can also be negative effects in the use of artificial intelligence in knowledge management and recruitment.
