Kokkolan yliopistokeskus Chydenius. \nKasvatustieteen pro gradu \u2013tutkielma. 43 sivua ja 1 liite. \n \nTarkasteltaessa kansainv\u00e4lisi\u00e4 koulukiusaamisen interventioihin liittyvi\u00e4 tutkimustuloksia on todettu, ett\u00e4 kokemukset interventioiden vaikutuksista peilautuvat suoraan ohjelman fideliteetin kanssa. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 opinn\u00e4ytety\u00f6ss\u00e4 tarkastelen suomalaisissa kouluissa k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 olevia KiVa-interventiota ja Verso-ohjelmaa kuvailevan kirjallisuusanalyysin keinoin. Tavoitteena on luoda kuvaa ohjelmista niin oppilaiden kuin opettajienkin n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Lis\u00e4ksi tavoitteena on perehty\u00e4 tekij\u00f6ihin, jotka edesauttavat tai est\u00e4v\u00e4t interventioiden vaikuttavuutta. \n \nTutkimusaineistoksi valittiin 210 artikkelin otannasta 18 artikkelia, joista 10 koskee KiVa-interventiota ja 8 Verso-ohjelmaa, vastaamaan tutkimuskysymyksiin. Valituista artikkeleista laadittiin tiivistelm\u00e4t taulukkoon, jonka pohjalta tehtiin analyysi. Analyysin pohjalta nousi k\u00e4sitys KiVa-intervention vahvuudesta pienten oppilaiden kiusaamiskokemuksia v\u00e4hent\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 ja sivustaseuraajien sosiaalisten taitojen rakentajana. Verso osoittautui potentiaaliseksi ohjelmaksi kiusaamisen ennaltaehk\u00e4isemisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja varsinkin sosiaalisten taitojen rakentamisessa. Edelleen tutkimustuloksista nousi ymm\u00e4rrys ohjelmien sis\u00e4\u00e4najon ja l\u00e4piviennin olevan opettajia kuormittava prosessi, jos siihen ei saada rehtorin tukea ja jos siit\u00e4 ei synny koko koulua koskeva toimintamalli. \n \nTutkimusten mukaan koulukulttuurin muokkaamista tulisi rakentaa siihen suuntaan, ett\u00e4 kiusaamisesta kertomatta j\u00e4tt\u00e4minen v\u00e4henisi. Aineiston pohjalta ymm\u00e4rrettyn\u00e4 ohjelmien kustannustehokkuudessa, niin taloudellisesti kuin toiminnallisestikin ajateltuna, tulisi saavuttaa sen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4jien luottamus. Artikkelien my\u00f6t\u00e4 nousee k\u00e4sitys innovaatioprosessin etenemisest\u00e4 monisyisen\u00e4 ja laajasti erilaisista yhteiskunnallisista tekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 riippuvaisena. Tutkimuksen johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksen\u00e4 koulukiusaamisen interventioiden teoreettisten l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtien laajentaminen n\u00e4ytt\u00e4isi olevan perusteltua.
